Episode begins with Monika asking if Josh is wrong? You tell me. Prachi says Josh is doing everything for company’s reputation, I also thought wrong for him but he made me understand. Monika says but one has to be wrong only then the other can be right. Prachi says do you think Josh is wrong? Monika says I mean a company is made from people in it and working in it, employees should be happy that should matter to the owners. Prachi says you are right. Monika says you are concerned about Raghav going so act on it and choose your sides and act accordingly, accept what you really feel don’t be in between two sides. Prachi says thanks for helping me it really helped me get a clear picture, you are the best. Monika says I know, and eat this, good food always helps in brainstorming so eat this. Monika goes. Prachi messages Raghav if he is okay? Raghav says yes. Prachi says then call me I want to hear your voice. Prachi calls Angad to know if they are leaving? Angad says yes we are leaving tomorrow. Prachi worries.

Josh is partying in the office and makes announcement how Raghav has quit, it’s his bad luck, number of times he tries to come back he is destroyed, now I am incharge of this fully. Josh cheers and celebrates. Mahir also enjoys the party. Lakhan and Adi see this from the window. Adi says Lakhan went against you and made new hires, see him dance and celebrate. Josh dances with girls. Adi says I told you to stop Josh a long time back. Lakhan says you are right. Lakhan and Adi come inside the room. Everyone leaves seeing them. Josh says welcome to the party, what will you both have? Lakhan says you are partying when our partners are in trouble? Josh says I have solved it all. Lakhan says I told you to stay away from the situation and stay low. Josh says this is my project so let me handle it, anyways you have always taken wrong decisions the day when I came here see everything got sorted and we got this deal. Lakhan is angry but he controls it. Adi and Lakhan leave.

Lakhan and Monika discuss how it’s high time they should take a strong decision against Josh. Monika says don’t stay silent, make Josh leave the business it’s high time, today again he tried to manipulate Prachi. Lakhan says I was silent for Prachi’s sake only but water is going above head, everything is going off limits now, Josh is being very disrespectful. Pihu says then make Prachi understand. Pihu comes and says Prachi has changed and I see a different person and we all know who is influencing her.

Lakhan says what can we do, she is not a kid that I will take her toy away from her, she got support from Josh when you left her, she was going through a lot when she lost you and Raghav so she made Josh her everything, she loves him and it’s difficult to change that. Pihu says it’s been 3.5 years obviously she has become attached, Prachi is like Ram soft hearted and sees the good in everyone, I am not saying we should fight or blame, but it’s also because of you how you got Josh into her life and then asked Raghav to make Prachi fall for Josh, Prachi fell for each quality Raghav has and she thought it was Josh’s quality when actually Prachi fell in love with Raghav, it’s not fair to her. Monika says Pihu is right, our decisions only made Josh come this close to Prachi.

Prachi comes to talk to Raghav. Prachi says why are you not telling your side of the story? Why don’t you want to fight and prove yourself innocent? Raghav says as I don’t want to, your company will go through more losses and it cannot bear it so for everyone’s good I should leave. Prachi says you have changed as a person you have become numb and have no emotions. Raghav says now everything is my work so I live by my work and not my emotions. Prachi says all this because of you loved me and you didn’t get that love and support from me when you left?

Raghav says you still understand my unsaid words, impressive. Prachi says we all want to help you and in your team just you need to be with us too ready to fight back. Raghav says I just don’t want to. Prachi leaves and thinks about Raghav all through her way back home. Pihu comes to Angad and Raghav and tells them she is not leaving so they have to stay back too as ARP has a pact that they will stay together. Raghav says what will you do here? Pihu says I will help Prachi find the real culprit. Prachi reaches home when Lakhan sits in the car and says drive, we are going to office I want you to see the actual face of Josh, Monika told me how you are confused about who is right between Josh and Raghav, now it’s time for you to decide and choose the right side.

Prachi drives. In the office, Josh is shocked that their budget is coming to be as 500 crores when Raghav proposed 200 crores budget to the government. Josh sends Mahir to check for Raghav’s designs in his cabin. Mahir goes and comes back. Mahir says I found nothing there. Josh says we will be losing if this happens as we won’t be able to bear loses, Raghav is over smart. On the way, Prachi says you will think I am protecting Josh but I am trying to tell his perspective. Lakhan says no it’s not that, he has disrespected me multiple times and I have let it go for you but now he has no fear of disrespecting me, I told him to not do anything still he made decisions. Prachi says maybe the situation is such and Josh doesn’t want to do like that. Lakhan says have you ever wondered what Josh really wants to do? Prachi says please stay calm. Lakhan says only if you go there with an open mind. Prachi agrees.
