The episode starts with Gautam calls Dev and gets upset. He then takes the alcohol bottle in his hand and recalls the promise she made to Dhara. Dhara gets shocked seeing Gautam with alcohol bottle so she calls out Suman and taunts Gautam then accuses for breaking the promise. Gautam says if Dhara can give her organ to her family then why can’t he stop quitting alcohol then braaks the alcohol bottle. Suman and Dhara gets emotional. Suman advices never have alcohol.

Gautam decides to go to Ahmedabad to bring Dev, Rishita and the kids then decides to leave. Dhara hugs Gautam. Suman scolds them for their behaviour. Dhara expresses her happiness. Gautam decides to leave just then Chiku and Mithu enters the house and hugs Suman. Dhara and Gautam gets emotional. Suman expresses her happiness of meeting the kids also asks them not to leave the house ever. Dev, Rishita arrives with Chutki and Shesh. Dhara, Suman and Gautam becomes emotional. Chutki goes to Dhara and requests her to take her to Shweta mom as she misses her the most. Everyone becomes sad and speechless. Dev hugs Dhara and cries hard.

Gautam shouts at Dev to return to Ahmedabad what is here left for him. Dev says his God is here then regrets his actions. Suman also asks him to leave the house. Rishita apologises to Suman but she refuses to forgive them. Dev promises to never leave the house. Rishita hugs Dhara and apologises to her. Dhara asks them to stop crying then says their return bring so much happiness so they have to conduct party. Rishita tells after the test of Dhara and Chutki they will conduct the party. The kids gets excited. Suman taunts Dev, Rishita for returning because Dhara is giving kidney to Dhara. Dhara asks to leave it. Suman complains how parent’s have to forgive the kids everytime they makes mistakes. Rishita asks Suman to punish her. Suman agrees but Gautam asks Suman to forgive. Dec hugs Gautam and cries hard and expresses his regret for leaving him when Gautam needs him the most. Gautam calms him down also forgives him but he warns not to never repeat this again. Dev promises the same.

Dhara and Rishita decides to go to hospital to done test for Dhara and Chutki. Dev tells he will make arrangements for money for operation. Prerna gets happy seeing Dev, Rishita and the kids are returned home. Dhara assigns her a task to make party arrangements. Prerna agrees but worries wondering where Krish went. Dhara asks her for looking stressed. Prerna assures her everything is fine. Dhara, Rishita and Chutki goes to hospital. Gautam decides to arrange money for Chutki’s operation but Dev refuses to take his help so Gautam slaps him and says Chutki is his daughter too also about the savings in the joint account. In the hospital, Rishita apologises to Dhara for her behavior also calls her a God. Dhara hugs her.

Chutki cries demanding to meet Shweta. Rishita gets upset. Shweta decides to escape from the prison thinking that she failed to manipulate Krish also she can’t blindly trust Shivang. Dhara advices Rishita to talk to Chutki and make her understand with love. Rishita agrees. Meanwhile in the Pandya house Prerna and the kids starts preparing for the party. Here, Rishita tells Chutki that she is her real mother. Dhara is her aunt. Shweta is a horrible person who kidnaps kids and now she is in prison and never comes out. Chutki cries. The nurse asks both Dhara and Chutki to go with them to do tests. Dhara obliges. The hospital staff’s takes both Dhara and Chutki inside. Rishita worries that Chutki is refusing to accept the truth then she pleads God to make everything right also prays there won’t be any complications in this transplant process.

Precap: Gautam questions Dhara for taking money without his knowledge. Dhara tells she gave to Shivang and he isn’t a good person like they thinks. Shivang shows a paper which states he have shares in Pandya Nivas so asks Dhara to give him two, three lakhs then he will not ask his share. Dhara looks on shocked.
