In today’s episode, Abhinav tells to Akshara that since he failed to reach Abhimanyu, he tried calling Manjiri. He said Manjiri hang up the call. Manjiri says she is here to talk with Akshara. Akshara welcome Manjiri . Manjiri confront Akshara about coming back to ruin Abhimanyu’s life. She claim Akshara given respect is lie. Manjiri says Akshara came back to mess up Abhimanyu and Arohi’s life. Akshara says to Manjiri that she is not here for Abhimanyu but for Dr. Abhimanyu. She reveal to Manjiri about Abhir’s heart issue. Manjiri remembers her moment with Abhir. Akshara says to Manjiri that she begs in front of her to call back Abhimanyu from the resort. Manjiri refuse to help Akshara. She walks out.

Akshara, Abhinav and others stand shocked. Akshara cries thinking Manjiri will not allow Abhimanyu to do Abhir’s surgery. Abhinav says to Akshara that Manjiri didn’t help but she didn’t refuse even. Akshara says Manjiri would have made a call since she didn’t thus she think latter will not allow Abhimanyu to perform Abhir’s surgery. Kairav says to Akshara that Abhir is not dependent on Abhimanyu. He decides to get a better doctor for Abhir. Akshara says Abhir and Abhimanyu’s path is crossing repeatedly. She think she can keep Abhir, Abhimanyu separated for long.

Manjiri sit confused thinking whether she should help Akshara or not. She thinks about Abhimanyu, Arohi. Abhinav talks with Abhir’s doctor. Abhir’s doctor asks Abhinav to get Abhir’s operation done soon before it gets late. He said Abhir travelled a long way. Akshara calls out Abhinav. Abhinav asks Akshara what happened. Abhir tell to Akshara that he is having short breath. Akshara asks Abhir to do the respiratory exercise. Goenkas worry for Abhir.

Abhimanyu asks Rohan if there is any emergency at hospital and he is needed. Rohan asks Abhimanyu to enjoy his vacation. Ruhi asks Abhimanyu to play with him. Arohi wish a happy family with Abhimanyu and Ruhi. She wishes their past don’t affect their future. Kairav feels helpless. Muskana console Kairav.

Anand, Mahima and Shefali ask Manjiri what happened. Manish visit Birlas. He begs Manjiri to let Abhimanyu help Abhir. Manish says Abhir has a less time. Anand says to Manish that he is helpless. Manish says he will wait for Manjiri’s reply.

Mahima think why only Abhimanyu. She says there are many other doctors. Shefali side Akshara. Mahima says they can’t call Akshara home. Anand says Abhimanyu will perform Abhir’s surgery at hospital. Nishtha asks Manjiri to think about Arohi and Abhimanyu. Manjiri is perplexed.

Akshara, Kairav, Abhinav tries to reach other doctors. Shefali inform Akshara that Manjiri has decided Abhimanyu will perform Abhir’s surgery. She told Akshara that but they fail to reach Abhimanyu as he is on vacation. Gonekas trust Abhimanyu. Rohan calls Akshara and asks her not to worry as they will do best for Abhir. He shares Abhimanyu’s number with Akshara. [Episode Ends]
