The episode starts with Katha asks the nurse about the child and Reet’s condition. The nurse assures her that everything is fine and the doctor is taking care of Reet. Viaan gets worried hearing Reet’s cries but Katha assures him it’s normal. Katha then talks about the time she delivered Aarav and tells all the pain are worth it. She also talks about Aditya’s care and love for her also he was excited to meet his child and he become second mother to Aarav. It’s impossible to come out of the pain when their partner leaves. Aarav filled the void in her life so now she neither have place for anyone in her life nor time for anyone then looks at Viaan. Viaan stares at Katha.

Later, Katha inquires the doctor about Reet. The doctor appreciates Katha for brining Reet hospital on time also she gave birth to the baby boy. Katha gets happy. She also informs Yuvraj will be here soon. Yuvraj and other family members arrives there. Katha congratulates Yuvraj and other family members. Yuvraj thanks her. Everyone looks happy. Yuvraj meets Reet and inquires her how she is feeling. He then sees his son. Reet tells her son has arrived. Yuvraj expresses his happiness seeing his son. Viaan meets the Garewal’s and congratulates Kailash. Kavita questions Viaan. Katha tells everyone about her dinner with Viaan also without informing him she left to meet Reet. Viaan learned she is here so came here to meet her. He didn’t left her side at all. Kavita calls Viaan a gentleman also praises him. Viaan congratulates the Garewal’s again then decides to buy sweets for them but Kailash stops him saying he must be tired so he should return home. He further thanks him for being there for Katha. Viaan is taken aback by Kailash’s behaviour but decides to return home. Katha looks on.

The Garewal’s enters Reet’s room. They all gets happy seeing the new born baby. Kailash holds the baby while Yuvraj says he is going to spoil the baby with love for sure. Reet tells how she was scared but Katha helped her so thanks Katha. Katha tells Reet she is like her younger sister. Kailash gives the baby to Katha. Katha tells the baby his brother will be happy to meet him. Everyone smiles hearing Katha’s conversation with the baby. Katha decides to return home. Kailash praises Yuvraj for handling everything well. Yuvraj gets happy. He then calls and informs Meera about his new born also apologises to her saying he don’t know whether he will ever meet her again.

Viaan enters the house and sees Teji is instructing the worker to massage her head. Viaan takes the workers place to do head massage for Teji but Teji catches him saying she will know the moment he is around her. Viaan tells one day she will fail to recognise him. Teji tells him no such day will come. Viaan agrees saying it’s what true love is. Unlike her relationship with Teji, it’s not as easy with others to express the love. Teji advices him to think whoever the person is right for him or not. Meanwhile Katha recalls Viaan’s poem which disturbs her. Here, Teji tells her plan to conduct puja for Viaan. Viaan decides to do all the puja arrangements on his own also requests her to invite their employees too. Teji gets happy and agrees to Viaan’s request.

Precap: Aarav cries seeing the photos of him, Katha and Aditya. Katha expresses her pain to Neerja about her inability to fulfill Aditya’s void in Aarav’s life. Meanwhile Viaan says to Ehsan his decision to prove Katha that he can be a good father to her son so Katha won’t be afraid. Ehsan says it’s impossible.
