The episode starts with Amba declaring to everyone that Raichands only has 9% shares in this company. Amba has major shares in this company. This company will run in Mehtha’s group of industries from this moment. Amba says to her employees that she will take over their business. Dev and Abhimanyu will be normal employees in this company. The lawyer reads the documents in front of everyone. Dev asks her how could she betray him like that? Amba gave a fitting reply to him. Amba adds that employees can continue working in her Mehtha’s group of industries. She will send official documents to everyone and announce them in the media asap. She asks Abhimanyu, Dev and Vidhi to meet her in a cabin. She demands Divya stay out of her business. Meanwhile, Vijay threatens Hariprasad not to share anything with Vidhi or Dev. He doesn’t like them involved in this matter. Hariprasad feels broken down after hearing it.

Yogesh asks Amba what’s the need to keep Dev Raichand’s name in this cabin anymore? She says that one more job is there. Amba throws Dev’s diary down. Vidhi takes it.
