The episode starts with Ashish and his family failing to find Nandish. Maitree returns home and asks if they find Nandish. Ashish says no. Maitree says to Ashish that they should make a plan to find Nandish. Nandini reminds Maitree that she is not the police. Nandini asks Ashish to call the police. Maitree asks them to say who saw Nandish lastly. Sona says she saw and tells the incident. Vasundhara asks Ashish to call the police. Maitree asks them to give her a chance.

Maitree searches her room for Nandish. She sees her clothes in the cupboard. She goes to the suitcase and asks him to open it. Ashish opens it. Maitree, Nandini, and others get shocked to see Nandish in the suitcase. They make Nandish wake up. Nandish hugs Maitree calling her mom. He requests her to not leave him. Maitree wipes his tears. Nandini asks Nandish to drink water from her hand. Nandish refuses. Nandini asks Nandish to come to her. Nandish refuses. Nandini gets angry and pulls him in anger. Ashish asks Nandini to not behave in that way. Nandish complains to Maitree that Nandini is bad and he doesn’t want to stay with her. Nandi no feels upset and leaves.

Ashish follows Nandini. He explains to Nandini that she has to win Nandish with love, not with anger. He advises her to give some time to Nandish. Nandini says she can’t wait for 10 more years to get closer to Nandish. She asks him why he didn’t ready their baby for her arrival and why he is so attached to outsider leaving their family. Ashish says we used to say daily that you’re his Devaki mom and you will return soon. Nandini says this is the problem and why you didn’t inform Nandish that he has only one mom. Ashish tries to say something. Vasundhara comes there and asks Ashish to leave Nandini alone for some time. Ashish leaves. Vasundhara instigates Nandini against Maitree.

Sona says to Kusum and Om that Nandini can’t get her right of a mother until Maitree stays here. Ashish comes there and says Maitree will unite Nandini and Nandish. Sona says he is wrong and Nandish will change himself with time even if Maitree leaves.

Nandini says to Vasundhara until Maitree stays in this house her relationship with Nandish will never be strong. Nandini says she will tell Maitree to leave the Tiwari household. Vasundhara smirks. Ashish doesn’t agree with Sona. Maitree comes there with her luggage and says Sona Aunty is correct and Nandini is back so she will handle the house and Nandish. Ashish says Nandish can’t live without her. Maitree says she will come whenever Nandish wants to meet her and it’s needed for her to leave. Sona says she agrees with Maitree. Maitree is about to leave. Nandish sees it. Nandini stops Maitree and hugs her. Maitree asks what happened. Nandini asks how she can leave her in this way. She asks Maitree to help her get closer to Nandish. Sona says to Nandini that she is doing wrong by stopping Maitree.

Vasundhara sees everything and recalls how she advised Nandini to use Maitree to increase her bond with Nandish. Maitree agrees to help Nandini. Nandish goes to Maitree and hugs her. Ashish asks Nandish when he wakes up. Nandish asks Nandini if she can become his friend as she stopped Maitree from leaving the house. Everyone feels happy. Nandini asks him to do the signature step. Nandish says he does it with best friends and you need to become my best friend to do it. Nandini agrees. Maitree says we are best friends since childhood and she will become your best friend for sure. Nandini decides to teach a lesson to Maitree once Nandish accepts her.
