The episode starts with the Pandyas becoming shocked, learning about Gautam’s accident. Shiva asks Dev to be with Suman and rushes to check at the hospital. Krish and Shiva ask in different hospitals if Gautam was admitted there. Finally, they go to a hospital. They are taken to the mortuary to identify the body of a person who died in a highway accident. They say that it’s not Gautam after seeing the body. They run outside as the body is in a worse condition.

Dhara is sad that no one from her family has come to discharge her from the hospital. Shivang arrives there. Shivang manipulates Dhara against the Pandyas. He says that her family is angry at her, so that they didn’t even come to take her home. Dhara slaps Shivang when he tries to help her to get up from bed. Dhara leaves the hospital. Shivang is happy thinking about the drama that will happen in the Pandyas’ house after Dhara’s return and decides to go and add oil to it.

The Pandyas are worried about Gautam. Krish and Shiva return home. They say that they didn’t find Gautam anywhere. Krish tells about finding Gautam’s watch at the accident spot in the highway. Just then, a drunk Gautam comes home. The Pandyas are relieved to see Gautam fine. They ask why he drank again. Gautam gives the excuse that his wife is struggling for her life. Suman hits Gautam with her stick for drinking alcohol. Rishita and Krish ask Suman to stop. Shiva asks them to get Gautam punished for drinking alcohol. Gautam asks his brothers to stop Suman. They refuse. They scold Gautam for his irresponsible behavior. Prerna tells Gautam that Dhara’s discharge papers are ready and they have to go to the hospital to take her home, but they can’t because of him.

Dhara is on the way. She recalls Gautam questioning her. Here, Gautam gets scolded. However, he drinks alcohol again, giving the excuse of Dhara’s recovery. Just then, Dhara reaches home. Shiva sees this and notifies this to the family. The family is happy. Suman asks the Pandyas to lock Gautam in the room so that Dhara doesn’t see him. The Pandyas oblige. They tie up Gautam with a rope and lock him inside the room before Dhara enters the house.

Dhara enters the words, recalling Shivang’s words. Krish hides Gautam’s alcohol bottle before Dhara sees it. Suman stops Dhara at the entrance. She asks Rishita to get the aarti plate to welcome Dhara back home. Dhara is disappointed that no one from her family has come to take her home and questions them about the same. She shouts, asking them to answer. She holds her stomach, feeling pain due to her surgery. Shivang arrives there. He asks Dhara not to question the Pandyas. He welcomes her back by offering her a flower bouquet. He asks the Pandyas to get the aarti plate to welcome Dhara. Krish apologizes to Dhara. He says that at least Shivang has gone to the hospital to welcome her. He thanks Shivang. Meanwhile, Gautam tries to open the door. Here, Dhara asks Krish if she needs to make him understand who she wants to see and not. Dhara asks the Pandyas why they haven’t come to the hospital to take her back home. Just then, Gautam shouts, asking to open the door. Dhara hears this and asks the Pandyas whose voice it is. Krish says that it’s Gautam’s.

The episode ends.

Precap: Pandyas plan to organize a party to convince Dhara. Dhara burns the family photos, thinking that they don’t care about her.
