The episode starts with Radhika feeling conscious after seeing the stain on her clothes. She silently cries as she sees others mocking her. Her colleagues asks her if she has change or something to cover her stain. She gives sanitary napkin to Radhika. Radhika cries and rushes to washroom and calls Suman. Suman says she was worried about something going wrong on first day of office. Radhika breaks down and says she got her periods three days early and didn’t have pad in her purse. Suman asks if she got stain. Radhika keeps crying and says about all her struggles in Mumbai already.

Radhika tells everyone has already seen her with stain and she is feeling embarrassed to face them. She says she cannot do all this. Radhika realises Suman is panicking because of her. She acts strong and says she will sort out hr issue and do something. Radhika assures Suman she is fine and not even crying. She says she found handwash and will clean her stain with it. Radhika cleans her suit and covers up the area with her dupatta. Radhika reaches orientation room and already finds her boss already there who is telling the rules.

Radhika’s phone suddenly starts ringing creating disturbance in the conference room. She tells that’s even excellence is not enough and says about the three months training plan. She asks them to look around each other and they might be thinking all are teammates but they should consider each other as competitors. Radhika gets nervous as she hears her speech. Her boss says after three months only five of them will be shortlisted for final job and rest of them will be sent back to their homes. She tells them to become extraordinary if they want to survive in ACS.

Suman and Gomti discuss how Radhika must have felt embarrassed because of the stain. Gomti says she would have forgotten her dates and they did mistake by sending her alone as she isn’t habituated to do everything herself. At home Suman used to take care of every little thing. Their mother in law scolds them for taking tension about small things and says menstruation is natural process and there is nothing to feel so embarrassed about it. She tells Suman that she has given Radhika wings so she should let her fly well and stop getting worried.

Radhika thanks her colleague for sanitary napkin. Samiksha introduces herself and gives everyone welcome gifts. She tells them to ask her if they need help in finding accommodation or anything else. Radhika asks about only 5 candidates getting permanent job. Samiksha says for ACS that’s highest as last year they took even lesser. Radhika meets her boss and nervously asks if she can go home as there is no work today. Radhika comes back to hotel and thinks of everyone mocking her seeing her stain. Lavi tells Radhika that he needs to go back because college fest is starting. The episode ends with nervous Radhika.

Precap Radhika will have to check out from guest house and also not get the house she had confirmed earlier because she didn’t pay on time. Radhika’s family will get worried about her having no place to stay. Radhika will find sharing apartment and question them about the contract. They tell her she needs to either stay for 11 months or pay it’s rent.
