The episode starts with Prathna telling Raghu that it’s good if they go to Naagmahal. Raghu agrees and they rush to Naagmahal. Trisha asks Mrig why she stabbed Suwarna without learning who is Prathna and Raghu’s other daughter. They hear someone is coming and they leave. Raghu and Prathna come there and see Suwarna state in shock. They tell Suwarna that they won’t let anything happen to her. Suwarna says their daughter whom they assumed dead is alive. Suwarna leaves her last breath. Raghu says he won’t leave the person who is harming his family.
Mrig and Trisha meet Sardar who is none other than Professor Jeet. Trisha and Mrig give him poison and reveal to him Prathna and Raghu’s second daughter are alive. The professor says it’s good. Prathna and Raghu vow to find their daughter and decide to punish the culprit. Prathna and Raghu cut their hands and put their blood in the vessel which is filled with Yamuna’s water and call their daughter to come to them. Meher wakes up and comes out. Prathna and Raghu are about to see Meher’s face in a vessel. Manjeet stops Meher from going to Yamuna and takes her back home. She asks Meher why she is going near Yamuna. Meher says I felt like Mom called me. Manjeet says she is her mom and asks her to never leave alone without informing her. She makes Meher sleep. Prathna and Raghu discuss how they have to find their daughter. Prashant calls Prathna and says to her that this time our nation is going to get affected by poison and you have to fail this pandemic. Prathna says she can’t help as she has other work. Raghu asks Prathna to save the nation and says he will save their daughter. Prathna agrees.
Professor says I saved this nation many times as a Patriot but no one praised me for my work and I thought my daughter took revenge on Rishabh for my death but she didn’t and my mom saved me so I need to take revenge on Prathna for mom’s death. Trisha says yes Dad. Prathna comes there and sees Trisha with Mrig. She tries to see Professor’s face but something falls. Professor, Mrig, and Trisha escape from there with the poison.
Raghu meets Ajay and requests him to make him find his daughter whom they lost 6 years back. Ajay agrees to help him. He says to Raghu that he hurt Suwarna by mistake and asks him to make Suwarna meet him once. Raghu thinks Suwarna is dead and leaves. Manjeet tells Jeet about Meher’s behavior. Jeet advises Manjeet to not hurt Meher with her behavior. He says it’s good if they take Ajay’s help to adopt Meher. Manjeet says it’s risky. Jeet says they need to take the risk.
Raghu sees Prathna taking care of Purvika. He assures her that they will find their other daughter soon. He feeds food to Prathna. He asks if she won’t ask him whether he ate food or not. Prathna says you may not eat it too. She feeds him. Purvika coughs. Prathna makes Purvika drink water. She says to Raghu that they have 7 days to save Purvika and the nation. She says to Raghu that some scientist is leading this project. She says wish my dad is with me then he may help me to solve the issue. She says they need to find who is the mastermind. Raghu says they will.
Takshak notices Vasuki is sad and asks what happened to him. Vasuki says it’s good to see Raghu and Prathna reunion but I’m feeling bad for Trisha as she always wanted to marry Raghu even though she didn’t tell me. Takshak says I know how you raised Trisha whom you find near Naaglok’s door. Professor Jeet tells Trisha how he left her near Naaglok’s door with a motive. He tells her that she needs to take revenge for her mother. Trisha says she will do it. Professor says they need to find another daughter of Prathna too. He says he will make lakhs and crores of snakes with the poison in the upcoming party.
Raghu announces Suwarna is alive and getting treated in their hospital according to Prathna’s plan. Mrig and Trisha feel tense. They enter Vaidyalay to kill Suwarna before she will expose them. They get trapped in Prathna’s trap. Prathna gets an indication and rushes there with Raghu. An unknown snake comes there and releases Mrig and Trisha. They escape from there. Prathna and Raghu come there and notice someone has escaped. Raghu says you’re correct Prathna, the culprit is in our lok. Mrig and Trisha come there and ask where is Suwarna.
Raghu says Suwarna is dead. Mrig asks who can do it. Prathna says very soon they will find the culprit. Prathna thinks she knows about Mrig and Trisha are culprits and who is the 3rd Naagin. Meher video calls Prathna and says she is missing them. Prathna says she can come to meet them. Purvika takes the phone and asks why she didn’t come to meet her friend who is sick. Meher says she is unaware of her sickness. She says she will come with her father. Manjeet takes the phone and says Meher can’t come as she has so much work. Prathna thinks about what happened to Manjeet. An unknown woman walks in the middle of the road. One man comments on her. She transforms herself into Naagin and kills that man.

Precap – Professor Jeet sees many people at the party. He tells that he will make Prathna bend down on her knees. He says he will make lakhs and crores of snakes with Purvika’s poison. Meher transforms into her Naagin form and tries to stop the kidnappers from taking the children. The kidnapper shoots at Meher, but Prathna rescues Meher from getting hurt by a bullet.
