The episode starts with some kinars attending Harleen’s mooh dikai ceremony and blessing Harleen. Naaz thinks that she has called them at the right time now, it will become more interesting. She smirks. A kinnar blesses Harleen to become a mom soon. Harleen becomes sad to hear this. Naaz sees Renuka and Cherry going to get the gifts. Naaz goes after them. She offers Renuka to help her to get the gifts. She places Harleen’s sonography report below a gift box and leaves. Renuka notices that report. Naaz hopes that Renuka will have read Harleen’s report by now. Here, Renuka reads the report and becomes shocked.

There is a fire exchange in the market between Ekam and the smugglers. Nehmat hides behind a wall, covering her ears with both her hands. Here, Renuka goes to Harleen and accuses her of cheating them, which shocks everyone. She says that Harleen can never become a mother. Satti says that she must have a misconception. Renuka shows everyone Harleen’s medical report. Balveer says that it means Ekam can never become a father and Renuka can’t get a heir. Cherry accuses Harleen of lying to them. Jasmine asks Harleen if it’s the truth. Harleen admits yes, which astonishes Jasmine and the family.

There, Ekam catches a man and hits him. His friends throw red colored powder into Ekam’s eyes. Ekam isn’t able to see properly. He asks his team to catch them. Nehmat hears Ekam. She says Ekam. Here, Cherry lashes out at Harleen for hiding the truth from them. Jasmine asks them to stop and says that Harleen can become a mother. She says that it could also be a trick of Advait as this report is made when Harleen was hospitalized after getting shot by Advait. She says that she can get Harleen treated in the big hospital in Canada. However, Renuka rebukes Harleen and accuses her of deceiving Ekam and them all.

Naaz pretends to support Harleen. She asks Harleen to deny the allegations and to say that it’s someone’s ploy. Harleen looks on with teary eyes. There, a man is about to shoot Ekam. Nehmat saves Ekam by attacking that man. Nehmat runs to Ekam. They both collide and roll on the ground. Here, Renuka taunts Harleen and Jasmine by saying that they’re similar. She regrets getting Harleen married to Ekam. She accuses Jasmine of proposing Harleen’s and Ekam’s marriage after Nehmat left knowing about Harleen’s condition.

In the dhaba, a man informs Sartaj that there’s a fire exchange in the market between the drug smugglers and the police. He is shocked to hear this and recalls Nimmo telling him that Nehmat has gone there to get the masala. Here, Renuka says that Sandhus should know about this and they also hid the truth from them. Satti denies. She says that Harleen must have a strong reason to hide it from them. Renuka refuses to believe this. She cries, blaming Nehmat and Harleen for ruining Ekam’s life. Harleen folds her hands in front of Renuka and says that her grandparents don’t know about this and asks Renuka not to rebuke them.

In the market, Ekam touches Nehmat’s face and says Nehmat. Nehmat gets up and runs away, covering her face. Ekam also stands up. He wonders why he feels Nehmat’s present around him. Nehmat stops. She sees Ekam struggling, not being able to see. She gets a bucket full of water and throws it over Ekam’s face. Ekam opens his eyes and sees a girl. He says Nehmat.

Precap: Sartaj sees Nehmat’s foot is injured, so he lifts her in his arms and takes her from there. Ekam sees this. Ekam tells Harleen about the gun exchange in the market and Nehmat has saved him. He then notices that Harleen is sitting sad.
