Episode begins with Ayaan coming Faltu’s hair. Faltu says my right eye is flickering, I am worried. Ayaan says chill, it’s nothing like that. They hear, Dadi, Sumitra and Sid leave. Sumitra says I can stay back. Dadi says guru ji has kept this puja for our peace, except for Ayesha everyone has to go. Dadi says I feel ae should take Ayaan and Faltu as well as Faltu is the eldest bahu. Sumitra says if Janardhan will see Faltu then there will be no peace. They all leave. Savita says I wouldn’t be leaving you alone Ayesha but it’s urgent. Ayesha says it’s okay I will keep myself okay for 4 hours. They all leave. Ayesha asks Amar to make pineapple juice for her. She goes inside. Ayaan says Faltu let’s go to practice. Faltu says but I am not well. Ayaan says I know you are not well but we have to do light practice as we can’t lose on time, sorry I am pushing you. Faltu says I understand. They go for practice and Ayaan teaches new shot to Faltu. Faltu also follows his step and they do the practice. After the practice, Ayaan says you go home, I need to go for an interview. Faltu says okay, all the best.

Here, Ayesha drinks pineapple juice and gets labour pain. She cries out of pain. Faltu hears it and worries. Ayesha calls out for Amar. Amar says wait I will call doctor. Faltu hears Ayesha cry really badly so she goes towards the house. Suddenly Faltu realises how she is not allowed inside the house yet, but then she realises this moment is urgent so she goes inside and decides to take Ayesha to the hospital. Faltu asks Amar to arrange for the car and then inform Ayaan and family as well. Faltu takes Ayesha to the hospital. Ayesha is taken to the operation theater directly. Ayesha asks for her doctor when the doctor in charge informs her that her regular doctor is on leave. Ayesha panics. Doctor informa her about how they have to do C section. Ayesha says it’s just 8th month, how can the baby come so soon? Doctor asks her to relax. Ayesha calls out for Faltu. Faltu is made to sign a bond in urgency as they have no time for the operation. Faltu thinks to wait but due to the situation she signs it. Nurse asks Faltu to come inside as Ayesha is in a state of panic and asking for her. Faltu goes inside.

Faltu tries to talk to Ayesha about different topics and divert her. Ayesha says how she and Kinshuk want a girl. Faltu says I will make the baby girl a cricketer. Ayesha smiles seeing Faltu so happy and says she will call you badi ma. Faltu says this is such a different feeling. Meanwhile, doctor starts her procedure as Faltu diverted Ayesha and she is not panicking anymore. Faltu then realises how she might not be allowed to see the baby. Ayesha says I have a feeling soon you will be allowed in the house. Then they hear a baby cry and Ayesha gets relieved seeing a healthy baby boy. Faltu holds him and gives it to Ayesha. Ayesha is overwhelmed and she thanks Faltu. Faltu goes outside and prays to god being emotional she cries as well. Ayaan sees her cry and asks if Ayesha is in trouble? Faltu says no, the baby and mom are fine, I just got emotional. Ayaan becomes happy to know he has become a bada papa. Kinshuk calls him and is glad to know everything is okay and the baby has arrived. Savita, Sumitra and Harsh come to the hospital. The doctor who did delivery comes to Savita and praises Faltu how she was panicking herself but she made Ayesha calm which was required at that moment without her there would have been a big complication. Sumitra, Harsh and Ayaan go inside. Savita just sees Faltu but doesn’t say a word. Later, everyone is happy in the Mittal house. Dadi decides to give sweets to Ayaan and Faltu. Ayaan sees Faltu happy about the baby so he asks her to stay detached from the baby as the family will really make it difficult for her to see the baby. Ayaan says I know it’s disheartening for me as well but seeing Savita not even say a word to you, I know how it will be in future, you will be attached with the baby and try to meet him and the family will just show you down. Faltu gets sad.

Precap – Sid and Tanisha marry each other and come to Mittal house. Everyone is shocked while Sumitra welcomes Tanisha into their family.
