The episode starts with Akshay saying to Prachi how he felt when he knew she got shot. Akshay hugs Prachi and says he is happy that anything didn’t happen to her. Akshay asks Prachi what happened. Prachi says to Akshay what happened. Prachi says to Akshay that he misheard when she said Khushi got shot. Dadi and Shahana come to the hospital. They greet Prachi. Dadi and Shahana ask how is Khushi? Prachi says Khushi is in ICU room No-7. Dadi and Shahana go to check on Khushi. Akshay goes with them.

Daljeet and Pallavi worry about Khushi as they watch her getting treated by the doctors. Rhea encourages them and says nothing will happen to Khushi saying she prayed for Khushi’s safety.

Dadi comes to Pallavi and Daljeet. Dadi asks Pallavi how is Khushi? Rhea comes and hugs Shahana and thanks her for being a sister to Prachi and helping her all the time.

Dadi worries about Khushi. Pallavi says nothing will happen to her and encourages Dadi. Pallavi also says Khushi saved Ranbir and got into this situation.

The nurse asks Prachi if they are husband and wife. Prachi recalls her moments with Ranbir. Prachi asks the nurse what does she want to say? The nurse apologises and says she misunderstood them. Prachi leaves from there. Ranbir comes to the nurse and signs the documents. Ranbir and Prachi leave from there.

Ashok calls Akshay. Akshay teases Ashok. Ashok says to Akshay that he misheard that Prachi got injured. Ashok asks Akshay to hear clearly and not to give him a heart attack. Akshay agrees. Akshay and Ashok tease each other and they say they love each other. The connection gets disconnected due to a bad network.

Ranbir feels pain on his hand. Prachi asks the nurse to call for a doctor. The nurse says all the doctors are busy. Prachi takes the tray from the nurse to dress Rishi’s wound.

Prachi brings Ranbir to a side. Ranbir asks Prachi to push up his sleeve. Ranbir agrees. Prachi sees Ranbir having trouble so she pushes up the shirt sleeve. Rishi feels a lot of pain and complaints to Prachi about it. Prachi comments on his behaviour. Prachi cleans the wound with Dettol and dresses up the wound.

Prachi helps Ranbir get up as he is feeling a little dizzy. Ranbir walks hand in hand with Prachi. Prachi asks Ranbir if he is alright. Ranbir asks Prachi if she is asking so that he will leave her hand. Prachi reminds Ranbir that he left her hand a long time ago. Ranbir reminds Prachi she left him not the other way around. Prachi says he also didn’t search for her. Ranbir says he searched for her but he found a body and then he died from inside. Ranbir asks Prachi how can he know that she is alive if she didn’t call him. Prachi goes into a trance.

Ashok comes to the hospital. Prachi sees Ashok and goes to him. Ashok asks Prachi if she is alright. Prachi asks Akshay why did he allow Ashok to come here as he sprained his ankle. Ashok says he is worried about her. Prachi hugs Ashok.

Ranbir leaves from there with tears in his eyes seeing this. Pallavi says to everyone she thought of buying new clothes for Khushi. Shahana says Laali wouldn’t allow Khushi to wear new clothes. Rhea asks why is that? Dadi says Laali isn’t Khushi’s real mother. Pallavi and Dadi talk about Laali not being here for Khushi. Pallavi sees a nurse coming out of the ICU and she asks her how is Khushi? The nurse says they can’t say and leaves from there. Pallavi asks the doctor how is Khushi? The doctor says her condition is critical and asks them to wait in the waiting room. They agree and leave from there.
