The episode starts with Khushi losing consciousness. Prachi comes out of the ICU and calls for the doctor. Ranbir and Akshay ask Prachi what happened. Prachi says Khushi has lost consciousness. Ranbir and Akshay call for Doctor.

The doctor comes with Prachi, Ranbir, and Khushi. The doctor checks Khushi and calls for the nurse saying they need to arrange blood for Khushi saying she lost a lot of blood. Ranbir asks Doctor to check again. Doctor requests them to stay outside. Ranbir, Prachi, and Akshay leave the ICU.

Shahana comes and requests the nurse to not tell Prachi if anything happens to Khushi saying Prachi has already lost her child once saying if Prachi loses Khushi again then she can’t stand it. Shahana also asks tells about Prachi’s baby to the nurse saying Prachi’s baby has a birthmark of the moon and stars on her foot. The nurse goes into a trance hearing this. The nurse comes out of her trance and goes to get blood for Khushi.

Akshay sees Prachi worrying for Khushi and tries to calm her down but Prachi doesn’t listen to Akshay. Ranbir sees this and thinks Prachi will never change. Ranbir scolds Prachi. Prachi accuses Ranbir of Khushi’s situation. Akshay says it is not right to blame Ranbir. Ranbir makes a comment on Prachi.

The nurse sees that there is no blood of Khushi’s blood group in their blood bank. Shahana requests the nurse not to tell Prachi about it. The nurse comes to the doctor and tells him that they don’t have blood for Khushi. The doctor comes out of the ICU to tell Kohli’s family about it. The nurse checks the birth on Khushi’s foot. The nurse recalls Sahana’s words about Prachi’s baby and suspects that Khushi might be Prachi’s baby.

The doctor asks the Kohli family if any of their blood group is Ab-. Ranbir says his blood group is Ab-. The doctor says they need it for Khushi. Ranbir asks the doctor to take his blood. The doctor tells the nurse to take Ranbir’s blood.

Laali calls Prachi. Pallavi asks Prachi to tell Laali everything. Prachi tries to tell Laali about Khushi’s condition but Laali is not interested in hearing about it so she acts as if the network is not clear and cuts the call. Laali decides to call Prachi after two days to demand more money from Prachi.

Wilson regrets coming into this field. The police throw a pickpocketer into Wilson’s cell. Wilson complaints to the constable as already he is here in this cell and asks him why is he bringing other people here? The constable warns Wilson this is not his house and locks the cell. The pickpocketer gets to know that Wilson is a human trafficker so he decides to teach him a lesson. But Balbir and Shakti are also thrown into the same cell. They defend Wilson and get into a fight with the pickpocketer. The inspector comes and ends their argument and reminds them to behave themselves.

Akshay sees Prachi crying to herself. Akshay gives his handkerchief to Prachi. Prachi takes the handkerchief and apologises to Akshay for her misbehaviour saying he might be angry at her. Akshay says to Prachi that he is not angry as he understands her. Prachi says she couldn’t protect Khushi from some goons. Akshay reminds Prachi what she did to save Khushi and says she is very strong. Akshay compliments Prachi that she is the world’s best Mom. Akshay also says he is always there for her. Prachi hugs Akshay. Ranbir sees Akshay and Prachi having a moment.
