Star Bharat’s recently launched show Meri Saas Bhoot Hai is a horror comedy show which revolves around Gaura and her mother in law Rekha. As Som and Gaura are married and Rekha has already become a ghost post her sudden death it will be interesting to see the equation of a ghost mother in law and human daughter in law.
In the previous episode, Gaura trips and falls. Som becomes concerned. Gaura begs him not to since time will cure all her wounds. Gaura instructs Rekha to keep Rahul’s back to herself. Ganga warns Kanchan not to say anything negative about Rekha. Rekha is overjoyed and departs from Rahul. Ganga believes she has duped Rekha. Ganga is adamantly opposed to any relationship with Gaura.
Ganga tells Gaura that she will be treated the same as any other female in the home and asks her to fold her hands in front of her. Rekha replies she doesn’t care; all she wants is Gaura in the house. Gaura tears up. Rekha wipes her eyes with her handkerchief. She asks Gaura not to cry and to get involved in the wedding preparations.
Rekha inquires of Gaura regarding Rahul’s bride. Gaura instructs Rekha to find out for herself. Twinkle expresses her desire for Gaura to leave the Shukla home after their marriage. Som claims that he is unable to ask Gaura to leave the residence. The Yamduts arrive at the Shukla home.
Gaura is said to be quite busy with housework today. They intend to take advantage of this opportunity to kidnap Rekha today. Rekha believes she must take action in order to learn who Rahul is marrying. She seizes Kanchan in order to investigate the problem. Rahul claims to be getting married to a man.
In the upcoming episode, Yamduts try to abduct Rekha. Rekha asks Gaura to save her. Gaura saves Rekha. Yamduts curse Rekha that she can’t speak anything infront of anyone hereafter and can’t make Som and Twinkle’s marriage take place.
