The episode starts with Sanju saying to the family that MTP means abortion. Neeti instigates the family against Pari. The family is shocked  to hear this and wonders how Pari could make such a decision. Pari is on the way. She recalls her childhood moments with Neeti. Pari messages Neeti asking why she’s giving her a cold shoulder despite knowing she can do anything for her, so she becomes her baby’s surrogate mother. She cries, recalling Neeti’s rude behavior towards her. She asks Neeti to forgive her if she made any mistake and tells her the reason for her anger towards her. 

Pari receives her mom’s call. Pari is surprised that her mom is in the hospital. She says that she is also going to the hospital. Pari’s mom asks why. Pari says that she got an appointment call for the hospital. Pari’s mom asks why she seems dull what happened. Pari hides from her mom what happened last night as her mom will get angrier at Neeti if she learns this. 

Pari reaches the hospital. The receptionist asks Pari to sign the form. The nurse arranged by Bebe says that she will get Pari’s sign. She sends Pari inside the ward. That nurse gives the form to Bebe. The latter is about to sign it. The nurse at the receptionist asks Bebe why Pari decided to abort her child. Bebe says that it’s her decision, so she only knows it. Bebe is shocked to see Pari’s mom there. She goes away with the form. The nurse wonders where Bebe has gone with the form. 

Pari asks the doctor why she has called her when she visited the hospital last month only for a regular checkup. The doctor says that the doctor who handled Pari’s case went on vacation, so hereafter she will handle her case. She lies that there are some complications in her pregnancy, so they need to take some tests. She asks Pari to go to the operation ward. Pari asks why the operation theatre. The doctor lies that machines are there. 

There, Sanju is on the way. He drives the car fast to stop Pari. Neeti thinks in mind  that Bebe was right and she has to get Pari’s aborted so that Sanju doesn’t go away from him. Here, Pari feels restless and wonders why she’s feeling so. She thinks that she’s restless as she didn’t receive any reply from Neeti. Sanju hopes that Pari won’t abort her child and he can’t believe Pari can do this and her mom can support her in this. Neeti asks how Pari can kill the baby to take revenge on her. She scolds her. Sanju shouts at Neeti and blames Neeti for Pari’s decision. He says that he won’t forgive Neeti if anything happens to his baby, which shocks Neeti. The latter wonders what magic Pari did on everyone so that no one sees Pari’s mistake and they blame her. Parminder laments about Pari’s decision to abort her child. Their car breaks down suddenly. 

Pari feels restless and tells the nurse that she wants to talk to her family. The nurse thinks that she can’t let Pari talk to her family now. She says to Pari that she will ask the doctor and leaves. Meanwhile, Sanju keeps calling Pari. Another nurse receives the call. Sanju asks to speak to Pari. The nurse says that Pari can’t speak as she’s in the operation theater. Sanju says that they didn’t give their consent to her abortion and asks her to stop it. The landline rings, so the nurse gets busy talking in another call and hangs Sanju’s call. 

Sanju wonders in mind how Pari can do this. Here, Pari feels anxious and decides to talk to Rajeev. On the other hand, Pari’s mom prays to God for Pari. There, Neeti hopes that Pari’s abortion takes place before they reach the hospital and hopes that Sanju doesn’t reach the hospital before that and stops her. Just then, Sanju receives Pari’s call. Parminder alerts Sanju to look at the road. Sanju applies a sudden break. His phone falls down. Pari’s call is disconnected before he can answer it. Parminder asks Sanju to call Pari so that she can convince her not to abort their family’s heir. Sanju phones Pari. On the other hand, the nurse says to Pari that she should be in the operation theatre. She takes Pari from there. Sanju is worried that Pari isn’t answering his call.
