The episode starts with Ekam driving an injured Harleen to the hospital while Nehmat takes an unconscious Sartaj in a carrier to the hospital. On the other hand, Balveer admires his reflection in the mirror and praises himself. Just then, he receives Naaz’s call. Naaz butters Balveer. She asks Balveer to do her a favor. She says that she lost an earring of hers in the living room when she went there. She asks him to find it for her. Balveer agrees and rushes to find it. Naaz recalls how she deliberately left an earring there.
Balveer finds Naaz’s earring. He phones and informs her. Naaz and Balveer start to flirt. She lies that she needs that one earring as she has to go out in the morning wearing it. Balveer agrees to meet Naaz now and return it. Naaz is happy to hear this. Cherry overhears this. She goes and wakes up Shanky. She urges him to get up to follow Balveer. Shanky asks why. Cherry says that she will tell him later. They leave.
Ekam reaches hospital with a semi-conscious Harleen in his arms. Nehmat also brings Sartaj to the same hospital. Ekam urges the doctor to check Harleen. He blames himself for Harleen’s condition. The doctor asks Ekam to calm down and let him do his work. Sartaj is put on the opposite bed. The doctor asks the wardboy to call the police. The doctor asks Nehmat who she is to the patient. Nehmat says that she is working in his Dhaba. She wonders who he is and what his story is. The doctor asks Nehmat to wait outside. Nehmat obliges and leaves.
Cherry and Shanky watch, hiding, Balveer meeting Naaz outside the Sandhus house. Balveer returns Naaz’s earring. He even makes her wear it. Cherry and Shanky are shocked to see this. Balveer takes Naaz’s leave. Naaz is about to leave. Cherry angrily goes to Naaz and confronts her about calling Balveer to her house at that time. She asks Naaz what’s running on her mind. Naaz warns Cherry not to speak to her in this tone again. She reminds Cherry of her real place.
Nehmat phones Nimmo and asks if Ekam and Harleen are fine. Nimmo says that Harleen was badly injured and Ekam took her to the hospital. She asks Nehmat where she’s. Nehmat says that she’s also in the hospital as Joginder’s goon beat Sartaj badly. Nimmo says that Ekam bravely fought with Joginder’s men. She asks Nehmat to take care of herself before hanging the call. Ekam feels relieved when Harleen gains consciousness. He apologizes to Harleen and promises to never let anything happen to her. He blames himself for what happened. Harleen says to Ekam that she’s fine and he shouldn’t blame himself.
Nehmat goes to find Ekam and Harleen. She hears two police officers talking about Harleen gaining consciousness. She feels relieved. They then discuss arresting goons in the Dhaba. Nehmat notices that a police officer is holding Sartaj’s passport. Renuka phones Ekam as she had a nightmare. She asks Ekam if he and Harleen are fine. Ekam says that they were attacked by goons and Harleen is injured. Renuka is shocked to hear this and asks Ekam to return home with Harleen. Nehmat sees Ekam talking to his mom, hiding. Ekam reassures Renuka and says that he will return home the next morning. He turns around after disconnecting the call. Nehmat hides herself from Ekam.

Precap: Ekam ties Harleen’s seat belt. Harleen spots Nehmat. She is shocked and says Nehmat. Ekam is shocked to hear this and looks in the direction Harleen looks.
