The episode starts with Ranbir praying to God hoping Khushi will be his Panchi. Rhea comes to Ranbir. Rhea encourages Ranbir that everything will be fine. Rhea says to Ranbir that Khushi will be with them just like before. Rhea says to Ranbir that from when she heard that Khushi looks just like Ranbir. She feels that Khushi is his daughter. Akshay sees Ranbir and Rhea together and prays to God to make them be together.
Ranbir asks Dr. Satish if he did the DNA test. Dr. Satish says it did happen. Ranbir and Dr. Satish come to his office.
Bela the nurse asks Hema the other nurse that if she completes the DNA test. Bela says they did the right thing as Prachi lost a child within a day and says if her suspicion is right then Prachi will get her child back.
Dr. Satish gives the DNA report to Ranbir. Hema gives the DNA report to Bela. Ranbir feels happy seeing the DNA report as Khushi is really his daughter. Bela also thinks a miracle happened as Khushi is really Prachi’s daughter.
Ranbir decides to share the good news with Prachi. Ranbir comes and asks Vikram and Pallavi where is Prachi and says he wants to share the good news with Prachi. Dadi and Vikram ask what is the good news? Ranbir sees Prachi. Ranbir says to Prachi says he wants to give her a good news. Prachi asks Ranbir what is it? Ranbir thanks Vikram and all of family members one by one and says he wants to share a good news with everyone. Prachi has a slight cough. Akshay goes to get water for Prachi. Ashok goes to take a call. Ranbir talks to Prachi about the dream they used to have of having a happy family together. Then she gave birth to Panchi and then they lost Panchi the same day. Ranbir says to Prachi that God gave them their daughter back and says Khushi is Panchi. Prachi feels elated hearing this. Khushi comes out of her room.
Ranbir and Prachi share the good news with Khushi that they are her real parents. Pallavi feels elated and says to Ranbir that they should take Khushi to their house. Dadi objects to it and says Khushi will stay with Prachi as Prachi is Khushi’s mother. Pallavi and Daljeet argue with Dadi and Shahana that Khushi will stay with Ranbir and vice versa. Ranbir comes out of his daydream and understands that he is just dreaming and leaves from there.
Bela comes and gives the good news to Shahana that Khushi is Prachi’s daughter and she also shows the DNA report to prove it. Shahana thanks Bela the nurse and goes to share the good news with Prachi.
The lady Pandit says to Prachi that Havan also completed without any interference. The lady Pandit asks Prachi to take Maata Rani’s blessings. Prachi goes to Maata Rani and rings the temple bell continuously. Shahana comes to the temple. She informs Prachi that Khushi is her biological daughter Panchi. Prachi gets shocked. Shahana asks Prachi to see the DNA report and says Khushi still has a moon and star mole on her foot. Prachi feels elated seeing the report. She cries in happiness and says she has to meet her daughter. Shahana says she needs to wait for some time. Prachi says she can’t wait and runs from there.
Prachi reaches the hospital and recalls her moments with Khushi. She collides with the nurse and apologises to her. She goes near Khushi’s room. She meets the nurse who made her know Khushi is Panchi and hugs her for the help she did to her. The nurse asks her to not tell anyone about what she did. Prachi agrees and tries to enter Khushi’s room. The Doctor stops Prachi and says she can’t meet Khushi. Prachi says Khushi is my daughter so let me meet her. The doctor asks Prachi to let them treat their patient and says they can’t allow her in the ICU. Prachi pleads with the Doctor. The doctor says he will call security. Prachi stops him and says she waits outside.
