The episode starts with Narayan asking Aadiya where Jeevika and Satvik are at that time to discuss a business deal. Adya says that they must be in their room. Narayan goes to their room. On the other hand, Satvik makes Jeevika sit on the bed to discuss. He says that he was selfish, so he thought about his unwell dad who wanted to see him get married and about himself. He wonders why Jeevika agreed to marry him despite knowing the truth about their marriage. Just then, Jeevika notices Narayan and says dad. Satvik is shocked to see Narayan there. Narayan asks if they get married just to save his life. Jeevika says no. But Narayan urges Satvik to answer, as he believes Satvik can’t lie. Satvik admits that they married for his sake only and Jeevika was aware of this. Narayan is shattered at hearing this and walks away. Jeevika shouts at Satvik for telling the truth to Narayan. Jeevika goes after Narayan.
Narayan goes down stairs, recalling Satvik’s words. He holds his chest, feeling pain there. Jeevika notices this and runs to Narayan. Satvik faints. Jeevika shouts and calls out the family. Satvik comes running there and is shocked to see Narayan’s condition. Narayan is rushed to the hospital. Rajnandhini sees doctor Mega and wonders what problem she’s going to create. Shlok consoles Aadiya. Juhi tries to grow close to Shlok, pretending to console him. Shlok taunts Juhi. Rajnandhini sheds crocodile tears and blames herself for failing to keep Narayan away from business tension. Satvik is about to say that he is responsible for Narayan’s condition. A nurse intervenes and calls Jeevika to fill in a form. Rajnandhini thinks that she can’t let Jeevika go alone as Mega could tell Jeevika the truth. So, she goes to fill in the form instead of Jeevika. Satvik feels guilty for telling Narayan the truth and holds himself responsible for Narayan’s heart attack. Jeevika consoles Satvik and promises him to be with him till Narayan gets well.
Shlok messages Swara on the dating app. He tells her that his dad suffered a heart attack and he is in the hospital. Just then, Pratheep informs her that Narayan had a heart attack, which shocks Sawar. He adds that Jeevika asked him not to come to the hospital. Swara says to Pratheep that Jeevika should have a valid reason to say that. Swara doubts whether the stranger and Shlok are the same.
The doctor, Mega, spots Jeevika and talks to her about her operation. She’s about to tell her the truth, but Rajnandhini intervenes. She angrily asks Jeevika what she’s doing here instead of being with Satvik. She apologizes to Jeevika for raising her voice at her. She says that Satvik needs him the most. She sends Jeevika to Satvik. Rajnandhini asks the doctor not to tell the truth to Jeevika and warns her. The doctor leaves. Satvik arrives there. He asks Rajnandhini what truth she’s talking about with the doctor.
On the other hand, Jeevika takes care of Aadya and Shlok. Shlok praises Jeevika, which irks Juhi. Here, Rajnandhini tries to walk away, making an excuse. But Satvik stops Rajnandhini and demands her to answer his question, which angers Rajnandhini. The latter lies that she was just enquiring about Jeevika’s health to the doctor. She says that it’s not normal that Satvik becomes emotional on hearing Jeevika’s name. He asks Satvik if he has developed feelings for Jeevika after their wedding. Satvik looks on, recalling his memories with her. Satvik says that the feelings for someone can’t be predicted.
