The episode starts with Manav riding Chattriprasad and asking Nityam not to let Saavi sleep. Nityam tries to keep her awake. Manav asks Chattriprasad to save Saavi’s life by making them reach the hospital early. At home, everyone gets shocked seeing the blood. Vedika asks where is Nityam. Raksham calls Nityam’s number. Nutan asks them to call Saavi. They see Saavi’s phone ringing near blood. Brijesh calls Manav but he doesn’t attend the call. Someone comes there and says Manav is riding Chattriprasad and Nityam and Saavi sat backside but Noone couldn’t see anything because of the speed driving. Everyone cries for Nityam.

Nityam talks to Saavi about how she changed his habits. Manav alerts Nityam saying Saavi is falling unconscious. He stops the auto and says he will get the water bottle. Nityam recalls the past and says to Manav that Saavi’s auto has water. Manav takes water and sprinkles it on Saavi’s face. Later Nityam and Manav rush Saavi to the hospital. Nityam calls Dr. Roy. Nurse says he is in meeting. Manav says to call the doctor here as Hospital trustee Nityam Dalmia is here. The Doctor comes there. Nityam asks Doctor to save Saavi’s life. Saavi is holding Nityam’s hand and leaves his hand as she is taken to the OT. Nityam recalls his past moments with Saavi.

Brijesh calls Manav continuously. Manav picks up the call. Brijesh asks how is Nityam’s condition. Manav says Nityam is fine and Saavi got stabbed and her condition is critical. Brijesh gets shocked. He informs everyone that the blood on the floor belongs to Saavi. Nutan collapses in tears.

The nurse asks Nityam to tell them the details. Manav says it’s a murder attempt on Nityam. The Nurse says it’s a police case and says she will inform the police station. Nityam and Manav argue. The nurse stops them and says she needs a sign of Saavi’s husband. Manav says Nityam is her husband and asks him to sign. Nityam signs on the form.

Sonam sadly sits on the mandap. Ratna comes to Sonam and says nothing will happen to Saavi. Sonam says the whole family and best doctors are with Saavi but my special day is spoiled and Saavi snatched the focus again. Ratna says you became a Dalmia and everything will get settled soon. Sonam asks her to leave her alone. Ratna hugs her.

Dimpy thinks she is not happy seeing Saavi injured. She says Nityam escaped again. She assures Baby that she will make him get his rights. She says Saavi can’t die simply and she deserves painful death. Manav asks Nityam to drink some water. Nityam doesn’t take water. Manav apologises to him for crossing the line in his anger. Nityam says he doesn’t want anything from him. Dr. Rai comes out. Nityam asks how is Saavi. The doctor tells Nityam that due to the knife, her tissues are ruptured, and her chances of being alive are less.
