The episode starts with Dada asking Nityam about Saavi’s health. Manav comes there and tells them that she will get up and says hai to everyone. He asks them to have the tea. She will be alright. Nityam appreciates Manav for celebrating the tea party there when he was worried about Saavi. Manav says that Saavi needs everyone’s happiness. She doesn’t like them worrying. Nutan says that Nityam was worried about her. Manav creates a scene. Nityam was about to hit him. His father took him from there. His father asks Nityam what happened to him? Nityam tells him that he warned her many times to not take risks. She didn’t listen to his words. That is why she is in this state. He excuses him for attending a call. His father feels bad for him. Dimpy comes there and meets Sangeetha. She tells her that she was the one who called her on the phone. The nurse alerted her to think again before doing it. She assures her that she will take care of everything. Meanwhile, Manav recalls the way Nityam treated Saavi. He feels bad for Saavi. He says to Chattriprasad that he was always with her. He is with her in her good and bad times. She is risking herself to save others. She doesn’t care about herself. He adds that Nityam doesn’t deserve her and he isn’t a good husband to her. He thinks that he wishes to give a happy life to her. He decided to give the love letter to Saavi.

Dimpy waits outside the maternity room for Vedika. Sangeetha asks her to think again about whether she should do this or not. Dimpy offers money to her. Sangeetha signals her that Vedika is there. Dimpy creates a scene there. Sangeetha tells her that she has to pay money for further treatment. She asks her to go to a government hospital for further treatment. Dimpy pretends to ask her to give the treatment to her. Vedika notices her belly. Nityam calls her on time to inform her that Saavi was conscious. She leaves from there. Manav felt happy to hear it and expressed his happiness with Chattriprasad. He drops down the love letter without his knowledge. Nityam took it. Before he reads it, Raksham takes it from there. The doctor informs them that Saavi is out of danger now.

Vedika thanks him for saving Saavi. He asks them to thank Nityam because he was the one who talked with the American doctors. He asks everyone to stand beside her side. Manav tells him that he will do it. The doctor says that Saavi often mentioning Bittu’s name in her sleep. Nityam comes forward and says that he is Bittu. Nityam caresses her hair. He asks her how she is feeling? He helps her to remove the oxygen mask. She falls asleep. He hesitated to hold her hand. He holds her hand while closing his eyes. She mentioned his name. She says that it’s his hospital. Meanwhile, Vedika inquires the nurse about Dimpy. The nurse informs her that Dimpy had been staring at their hospital for 15 days. She doesn’t have money in her hand. Vedika inquires more about Dimpy. She pretends like badmouthing to Dimpy. No one had come to meet her yet. She doesn’t know whether she has a husband or not. Vedika asks her not to talk ill about others. Vedika offers money to the nurse to get more details about her.

Precap; Manav will inform them that he will take leave and stay beside Saavi. Nityam will tell him that he will stay beside her because he is her husband. Kumud will support Nityam. Later, Kumud will get angry after learning that Sonam did Grahpravesh by herself.
