The episode starts with the doctor saying to the nurse, Dua’s pulse is getting down. Haider recalls Dua’s love for him. He thinks that Dua doesn’t like to see him in tears though he hurt her a lot. He regretted his mistakes. Gulnaaz feels guilty. She prays god to cure Dua. She wishes to see her gaining consciousness. She thinks that she has ruined her life. Gazal gets irritated to see their love for Dua. Dadi consoles her. Gazal says to Eihchaaz that he might use Noor for their plan. He shouldn’t fall in love with her. Dadi prays for Dua’s recovery. She says that Dua is a person she doesn’t deserve all this. Rahat says to Hina that his expectations were wrong. He thought Haider was a good son and he wouldn’t do anything wrong. But he broke his trust. He asks Dua to forgive him for whatever Haider did to her. Rahat shares his grief with Hina. Gazal says to Eihchaaz that she didn’t expect that she would feel this happy to see her in this state. She wishes to see her death.
Eihchaaz says to her that she slapped him in front of everyone. Because of her, Ravi raised his hands to him. He vents out his frustration to her. Haider recalls his moments with Dua. Haider feels that he is responsible for his state. He apologized to her. Rahat asks him to stop acting. Whatever is happening here, because of him. The doctor comes there and tells him that he can’t say anything until she gets consciousness. He had warned him that his state was a critical one. Haider asks him to say it clearly. The doctor explains to him that her blood circulation to her brain is low. Gazal was happy to hear it. He can’t give a guarantee of her mental stability once she gains consciousness. Family members were shocked to hear it. Dadi asks the doctor what he is saying? God won’t punish her like that.
Haider asked the doctor about Dua’s state. Rahat asks him to talk with him. She was in this state because of Haider. He brought this Gazal to the house. She was in this state because of them. The doctor asks them not to shout. He adds that he is shifting Dua to ICU. They have to keep an eye on her. Rahat stops Haider from going near Dua. Gazal says to Eihchaaz that Rahat changed so much. She shows her frustration with him. Eihchaaz asks her to use this situation to favour her. She had to talk with Hina to support Haider. They will stand by her side. Gazal agrees with his idea. Gazal asks Hina to support Haider. He isn’t wrong here. She shouldn’t break her relationship with Haider for anything. Hina stops her from continuing.
Hina walks near Haider. Gazal thinks that he married her for mom’s sake. What if she confessed the truth to him, then he would break up his marriage with her? Haider says to Hina that he did the wrong thing. He shouldn’t have made this mistake. Gazal thinks that if she provokes him against her, then she will kill her too. Hina says to Haider that he didn’t do anything wrong. If his wife is the wrong person, he can marry another one. He didn’t commit any mistakes. Hina badmouthing to Dua. He humiliates Dua in front of Haider. She appreciates him for marrying Gazal. Haider asks him to stop it. He says that she might pray for her recovery instead of badmouthing her in this state. She is showing her hate of her.

Doesn’t she consider Dua as her daughter? Then why is she not taking a stand for her daughter? Hina says that she isn’t her daughter or daughter-in-law. She fell down in front of her eyes. Haider lashes out at her and says that she isn’t his mom. Gazal pretends to console her and provokes her against Dua. She promises her to unite her with Haider. Hina wishes to see Dua’s death. Gazal smiles in victory.
