The episode starts with Vijendra ordering Virat to tell him what is the issue. Virat says Sai is unable to reveal the diagnosis result. Virat informs Vijendra of his brain tumor. Vijendra behaves normally and asks which stage. Sai says the last stage. Vijendra asks how much time he has. Sai says she won’t let anything happen to him and says they can save him with surgery but there are chances that you may lose your memories. Vijendra refuses to undergo surgery. Sai and Virat request him to not talk in that way. Vijendra says he doesn’t want to lose his memories. Vrat asks how he can risk his life for memories. Vijendra says he is living with memories of his lost love and he doesn’t want to lose them. Sai thinks that Viju is talking about Amba. Sai asks Viju to agree to the surgery. Viju refuses and says he wants to live with the memories of his love. Virat thinks he wants to forget his love but can he ever forget Sai? Vijendra says he is leaving for academic classes.
Satya and Sai ready everything for the movie date and wait for Sai but Sai doesn’t come home. Savi calls Sai but her phone doesn’t get connected. Satya calls Hospital and learns Sai left the hospital long back. Virat says to Sai that they have to make Vijendra agree to surgery but how. Sai thinks Amba can change Vijendra’s decision. She decides to tell Amba matter to Virat. That time Sai gets Satya’s call and she attends it. The hotel staff comes there and calls Virat and gives his phone to him. Satya gets upset assuming Sai is spending her time with Virat. Virat sees his Kaku missed calls and leaves. Sai calls back Satya but he doesn’t attend her calls.
Sai returns home and asks Satya why he is not picking up her calls. Stay ignores her and goes to his room. Sai sees decorations and thinks about the movie night. She goes to Satya and apologizes to him. Satya comments on her. He says she is ignoring him like he doesn’t exist and today she ignored her daughter too for a dinner date with Virat and questions why she is doing it. Sai asks Satya to give her one chance to explain. Satya asks Sai to explain to herself. He leaves. Sai thinks about how to tell Satya the truth.
Virat sees jewellery on the table. He asks what’s it. Bhavani says they decide to save the factory by selling their jewelry. She asks Karishma to give her jewellery too. Karishma refuses to give her jewelry. Ashwini asks Bhavani to not force her. Bhavani and Ashwini recall their memories with that jewellery. Virat feels emotional. Bhavani asks Virat to save their name by selling jewelleries. Virat says this is not enough to repay the loan and says they have to sell the factory to clear the loan. Family members get shocked.

He says it’s strange as she snatched everything from him and wants something now. Sai asks if he will help her to reunite the two separated lovers.
