The episode starts with Ekam’s alter ego appearing in front of Ekam and mocking him for taking Nehmat back home after kidnapping her. Ekam shouts that he can’t see Nehmat in pain. He regrets crossing all the limits to get Nehmat back. His alter ego says to Ekam that love matters more than anything in the world, anything can be done for love. The alter ego says that the two days’ time he gave to Nehmat is going to end. He says that Ekam can’t live without Nehmat, so he asks Ekam to choose either Nehmat or death. He mocks Ekam that he has to dance at Nehmat and Sartaj’s wedding if he fails to get Nehmat back in his life.
Nehmat and Nimmo are praying in the Gurudwara. Nimmo makes Nehmat sit when she feels dizzy. Nimmo is upset with God for testing Nehmat. She asks Nehmat to share her problem with her. Nehmat says that she often feels dizzy nowadays. Nimmo says that Nehmat is stressed and it reflects in her body. Nehmat says that she wishes to sit in a corner and cry. Nimmo asks Nehmat to cry. Sartaj sees Nimmo consoling Nehmat. He feels thankful that Nehmat is with Nimmo. The latter gives Tejo’s anklet to Nehmat. Nehmat gets emotional recalling Tejo. She thanks Nimmo. The latter asks Nehmat to wear the anklets so that she feels like her mom is always with her. Nehmat feels pain in her stomachache. She says that she hasn’t eaten anything since morning so she feels pain. Nimmo goes to get prasaad for Nehmat.
Nehmat talks to Tejo’s anklets and cries. She says that she’s in big trouble and doesn’t know whom to talk about it. She says that she will overcome it if she’s with her. Sartaj watches this. Sartaj thinks that Nehmat doesn’t want to tell Ekam about her pregnancy and wonders if she knows about it. He asks God whether he should tell Nehmat about her pregnancy or not. He asks God to give him a solution.
Nehmat tries to wear Tejo’s anklets. She feels dizzy and is about to fall back. Sartaj holds her. He offers her water. He asks Nehmat’s permission and then makes her wear the anklet. Ekam sees this and tightens his fist. He recalls his alter ego’s words. Nehmat and Sartaj get alert about Ekam’s presence. Ekam says that he has come to check if Nehmat is fine. He says that she’s fine. He leaves. Sartaj asks Nehmat what happened last night and offers to help her if she needs it. He says that he doesn’t want to interfere in Nehmat’s life, but he requests her to take care of her health and take her medicine on time.
Nehmat receives Ekam’s call. She disconnects it. She lies to Sartaj that it’s a spam call. Sartaj says that Nehmat should do a full body checkup. Nehmat refuses. Sartaj says that he will tell Nimmo to come and stay with her as she needs someone with her in this condition. He realises what he said. Nehmat asks Sartaj what he means. Sartaj lies that he is talking about her weak health. Nehmat receives Ekam’s call again. She disconnects it again. Ekam messages her asking her to meet him in their favorite place. Nehmat refuses. Ekam threatens to take Harleen to dinner and tell her the truth. Nehmat grows anxious. She makes an excuse and leaves, which confuses Sartaj.
Nehmat sees Harleen getting ready to go for dinner with Ekam. Nehmat walks out of the house determined to stop Ekam. Sartaj sees Nehmat leaving in an auto. Nehmat reaches the spot where she always met Ekam. Nehmat asks Ekam what he wants. Ekam says that he needs five minutes’ time with her. He takes her up and turns on the lights. He apologizes to Nehmat, holding his ears, which surprises Nehmat.
Ekam admits giving pain to Nehmat. He says that Nehmat failed to see his pain as he also gets pain seeing her in pain. So he asks Nehmat to sit to talk for five minutes. Nehmat obliges. Ekam says to Nehmat that a decision distanced them. He offers tea to Nehmat and reminds her how they used to drink their special tea and noodles like in their old days. He asks Nehmat if he is unfortunate for Nehmat not being in his life. Nehmat recalls Harleen and throws the tea glass.
The episode ends.
Precap: Ekam shows the divorce papers to Harleen. Harleen breaks a vase and harms herself, which shocks Nehmat and Ekam.
