The episode starts with Vrinda wishing luck to Radhika for her important office presentation. Radhika gets emotional and says that she’s the best. Lucky questions Lavi. He asks Lavi where he had gone lying to the family. Lavi tells about Lucky secretly investing in a scheme and threatens to tell the family about it if he tells them about his personal life. Lucky says that everyone has the right to have the personal life except Radhika. Lavi says that Radhika is younger them.
Suman is on call with Radhika. They talk about Radhe still being angry at Radhika. The latter says that she will keep calling Radhe till he talks to her. She tells about Vrinda feeding her curd and sugar before going to the presentation. Suman asks Radhika to consider it as she gave it to her.
Balveer, Preeti’s ex-husband, Balveer, lies to Mrs. Taluskar that Preeti’s dad isn’t well and gets the address of the hostel where Preeti is staying now. In the office, Kartik and his team finish their presentation and impress Raj. Radhika’s turn came. She faces some technical issues with the laptop. Kartik and Samyuksha mock Radhika. The latter answers them back. She talks about herself fixing the fridge in her house and fixes the problem.
Lucky tells Jairam about adding a new dish in their stall, but Jairam doesn’t agree as they need more investment for that. Suman asks Lucky about Radhe not coming home for lunch. Lucky says no and states that he is stubborn. In the office, Radhika gives her presentation about having a creche for the working woman of all the companies around. She explains her project and it’s benefits to the company, which impresses Raj.
Preeti is shocked to see Balveer with some goons in front of her hostel asking about her. She is scared and hides. In the office, a pregnant employee enters the meeting to get Raj’s sign. Raj says that Radhika has a project for girls like her. Kartik asks Raj for permission to speak. Rah nods yes. He asks Radhika how her idea is better than hers. Radhika says that many girls leave their career for their children. Kartik says that a girl who leaves her job because she becomes mom is an emotional fool. Radhika says that they’re the only two female employees in the top position in their company. She says that many girls can’t reach that higher position because they become a mother. She says that there are many men who are fathers in the top positions in their companies. She asks Kartik if his point is that these men don’t leave their jobs like mothers to take care of their children. Raj says to Radhika that it’s a good point. Radhika explains why her idea is better than Kartik’s idea, which is to educate girls. Samyuksha agrees with Radhika. Raj also praises Radhika’s idea and accepts it.
The men congratulate Radhika, but Kartik argues with Radhika. He says that she trapped everyone by telling an emotional story. He claims that he is more talented than her. He calls Radhika a loser. Radhika gives him a befitting reply. Radhika mocks Kartik. Kartik challenges Radhika that she can’t survive in the office. But Radhika confidently says that she will.

Precap: Radhe refuses to talk to Radhika. Suman says to Radhika that both father daughter are acting stubborn. Radhika says that she’s Radhe’s daughter, so she’s as stubborn as he is.
