The episode starts with Sai coming to the hospital. She sees Rani and asks her what happened to Satya and where he is. Rani says Satya is in the basement and waiting for you. Sai enters the basement. She thinks why it’s dark then suddenly the lights turn on and she gets surprised to see the decorated room. Satya says to Sai that he started loving her and confesses how she made a place in his heart. Sai gets shocked. She says to Satya that she wants to tell something to him. Satya asks her to say and falls unconscious. Sai thinks he is doing a prank but she realises he is not and calls Nurses.
Dr. Surva and the Nurses come to the basement and take Unconscious Satya to the ward. Dr. Surva checks Satya. Virat comes to the hospital. He asks Sai what happened to Satya. Satya gains consciousness. Rani informs Sai that Satya gained consciousness. Sai goes to him. Panic-stricken Satya asks what happened to him and why he is not able to feel his legs. Sai asks him to stay calm and she gives him an injection and makes him sleep.
Virat asks Sai what happened to Satya. Sai says she doesn’t know and asks Dr. Surva about it. Dr. Surva says Satya is partially paralysed due to his previous car accident injury. Sai says they need to treat Satya immediately before the other complications get started. Virat comforts Sai and says she can cure Satya. Virat asks if she is fine and asks if she wants to talk to him. Sai says she is fine.
Satya gains consciousness and asks Sai what happened. Sai tells him about his condition. Satya feels panicked. Sai hugs him. Virat sees them. Satya asks Sai to not leave him and asks her to be his support. Sai agrees. Virat turns in pain. Sai and Virat control their tears.
Sai returns home with paralysed Satya sitting in a wheelchair. Satya feels bad seeing his bike. Sai says to Satya that he can recover with his willpower. Satya loses his confidence. Sai tries to cheer him up. Later Sai asks Satya to eat dinner. Satya wipes his tears. Sai says to Satya that he can recover with good treatment. Satya says to Sai that he proposed to her in a basement and asks her for her answer. Sai thinks she can’t tell her opinion now and asks him to give her some time. Savi comes there and says she will feed food to Satya and takes a selfie.
Ashwini feeds food to Vinu. Vinu receives a message from Savi about Satya’s condition. Ashwini asks what happened to Satya. Virat says Satya’s lower body is paralysed due to his previous car accident. Ashwini says she is getting scared by continuous bad news. Virat says he is not going anywhere leaving them and says he will save their factory too. He says he will take Vinu to meet Satya. Ashwini agrees.
