The episode starts with Naaz scolding the maid for not making lunch. The maid says that she is making tea for Renuka. The latter arrives there and sends the maid away. Naaz argues with Renuka. She throws the tea and warns her. Nehmat intervenes and scolds Naaz for disrespecting Renuka. Naaz accuses Nehmat of trying to snatch Ekam from Harleen behind her back and now trying to get on good books of Renuka. Nehmat silently walks away. Naaz recalls hiding a packet in Ekam’s room. with Balveer. She thinks of teaching a lesson to Ekam and Nehmat.
Renuka is crying, looking at Ekam’s dad’s photo. Harleen arrives there and gives her favorite tea made by Nehmat. Nehmat watches this hiding. Renuka recalls Nehmat refusing to marry Ekam and doesn’t drink the tea. But Harleen convinces Renuka to drink it. Harleen wants to apply balm on Renuka’s forehead. But Renuka stops Harleen and asks her to go and take care of Ekam. Harleen thinks that she has planned a surprise for Ekam. Harleen leaves. Renuka says that she isn’t able to forgive Harleen as, because of her, Ekam can never become a father.
Ekam enters the room. He is surprised to see the decorations like a spa. Harleen wants to give a body massage to Ekam. Ekam indirectly expresses that he regrets whatever he is doing with Harleen, who is too good for him. Harleen dances around Ekam and makes him dance with her. She asks Ekam to relax his body so that she can give a massage to him. Ekam is scared of wronging Harleen. The latter hopes that one day Ekam will accept her as his wife and give her the wife’s rights. Harleen gives a head massage to Ekam and makes Ekam fall asleep by placing his head over her hand. Moh Moh ke Dhaage plays in the BG. Harleen admires Ekam, who is sleeping and says that one day Ekam will also love her.
Later, Ekam wakes and realizes that he fell asleep in Harleen’s hand. He gets worried about Harleen. He asks her not to care about him. Harleen reminds him that she’s his wife, so she has rights to take care of him. Ekam feels guilty and walks away. Ekam goes to Nehmat and tells Nehmat about how Harleen took care of him. Nehmat is elated to hear this. Just then, Harleen arrives there and asks if he is feeling better after her massage. Ekam nods yes. Harleen leaves when Renuka calls her.
Ekam holds Nehmat’s hand and says that Harleen has no rights on him as only Nehmat has rights on him. Nehmat reminds him that Harleen is his wife. Harleen comes back. She feeds paratha to Ekam. She goes back as Renuka calls her again. Ekam argues with Nehmat for not feeling jealous when Harleen feeds paratha to him. He says that he is in a fake relationship with Harleen. He drags Nehmat with him to tell the truth to Harleen despite Nehmat trying to stop him. Renuka sees Ekam holding Nehmat’s hand and questions him about it. Ekam refuses to answer her questions and walks away. Naaz phones Balveer to execute their plan.
Nehmat goes to her room. She closes the door and pulls the curtains. Sartaj knocks at the door. Nehmat thinks that Ekam has come and refuses to open it. Sartaj comes and holds Nehmat when she is about to faint. Nehmat feels like vomiting. So, Sartaj takes Nehmat to the washroom. After returning to the room, Sartaj scolds Nehmat for not taking care of her health. He spills that Nehmat is pregnant, which shocks the latter. Nehmat asks Sartaj what he said. Sartaj realizes that Nehmat really didn’t know about her pregnancy. Nehmat sits out of shock.
The episode ends.
