The episode starts with Pragati thinking to herself that she has some connection with Raghav’s house. She asks her sister to come soon so they can leave and says she is having a headache. Vidhi says she has to take one more room measurement and leaves. Raghav announces he is going to sing a song for someone special. He points to Pragati. He sings Baby I love you song and imagines that he is dancing with Pragati. A short circuit happens in the party which causes a fire breakout. Everyone rushes out. Pragati is surrounded by the fire and recalls her past life. She realizes that it’s her rebirth and she is Prathna. Raghav sees the burning rod is about to fall on Pragati. He tries to alert her but she doesn’t respond. Raghav rescues her and asks why she froze. She falls unconscious in his arms.
Later Vidhi tells her parents that Pragati is gaining consciousness. Meenakshi and Sundar come to Pragati and ask her what happened. Vidhi says Raghav saved Pragati risking his life and he said he doesn’t know why Pragati got frozen. Pragati says she was just scared of seeing fire. She goes to freshen up. She turns on the shower and cries about losing her husband and kids. She questions Shiv Ji why he gave her rebirth and says she can never forget the pain she went through. She sees herself in the mirror and decides to give painful death to her enemies.
Suwarna tells Mehek that they did wrong by returning to Raghu’s house and this fire accident is giving the wrong vibe. Mehek asks her to not worry and says their past won’t haunt them. Asita says anything can happen. Mehek says Prathna was dead so no one can do anything against us.
Pragati gets emotional seeing Meenakshi’s love for her. Pragati takes her margin form and reaches Raghu’s house. She recalls her moments with Raghu and her kids. Pragati thinks about who Raghav is and how he is related to this house. She goes inside to get clues about Mehek and Suwarna. She sees Raghav entering the kitchen to prepare popcorn. He didn’t find popcorn and asks his mom to help him. Suwarna comes there and helps him. Pragati gets shocked to learn Raghav is the son of Suwarna. She thinks Suwarna may marry someone after Ajay’s death. Mehek comes there and joins Raghav and Suwarna. She asks if they are going to enjoy the popcorn movie night without her. Raghav says he loves her the most. Pragati thinks my enemies are enjoying their life separating my family from me and now I am back to take my revenge and my revenge will begin. Raghav asks Mehek and Suwarna to come for movie night. Suwarna and Mehek say they are sleepy. Raghav says he can’t watch the movie alone and goes for a bike ride. Pragati decides to teach a lesson to Suwarna and Mehek by hurting Raghav.
Raghav enjoys his bike drive. Pragati in her snake form makes Raghav falls from his bike. He sees a snake and runs from there. Pragati catches Raghav and makes him unconscious then she tries to burn him but her inner self says it’s wrong to punish an innocent person so she leaves Raghav. Pragati tells Raghu and her children that she won’t leave her enemies.
Pragati enters Naagmahal. Takshak welcomes her and says they have been waiting for her for 21 years. Pragati introduces herself to Takshak and says she will take her revenge. Takshak asks her to not do anything in her anger and asks her to wait until she gets back her powers of Shesh Naagin. Takshak tells her that Shesh Naag also took his rebirth. Pragati asks where he is. Takshak says your love will reunite you guys and you can recognise him with the mark he has on his body due to his past birth’s death. Pragati prays to Shiv Ji to make her meet her Shesh Naag.
Mehek bandages Raghav’s feet. She asks him to not leave the house for his parties. She leaves. Suwarna asks Mehek who is the Nagin that attacked Raghav. Mehek says it’s just a snake so don’t worry. While leaving for work, Vidhi asks Pragati to join her. Pragati says she has some work. She thinks she doesn’t have the power of changing forms so she can’t go in front of Mehek. She decides to keep an eye on Mehek and Suwarna. Pragati takes her snake form and hides in Vidhi’s renovation things to reach Mehek’s place.
Mehek asks Raghav why he didn’t tell her that he likes Riana. Mehek says she agrees to the alliance as Riana is a beauty and the daughter of a film producer. She says tomorrow they can do their engagement. Raghav looks unhappy. Riana feeds sweet to Raghav and says to him that they can have a Jungle photo shoot tonight before their engagement. Raghav denies it. Mehek asks him to go then he agrees. Pragati notices Suwarna is taking the food plate to the room. Pragati follows her. Suwarna tells Ajay that their son’s marriage is fixed but he looks unhappy. Pragati gets shocked to see Ajay is alive and thinks about how it’s happened. Pragati changes to her snake form and escapes from there before Suwarna sees her. Pradeep shows the snake to Asita. Asita catches a snake with a cloth to help and asks him to call Mehek. Asita’s son makes Vidhi drink spiked water and she falls unconscious. Asita places the snake in the box and goes to call Mehek. Raghav hears a sound from the box and opens it. He gets shocked to see the snake.

Precap – Raghav hears a Gunshot sound and recalls his past while having a photo shoot with Riana. He shouts for Prathna to run away with their kids. Pragati looks on seeing him and later she sees a bullet mark on Raghav’s body and identifies that he is her Raghu. She tries to make him recall the past.
