The episode starts with Dai taking Parineet to the basement. The nurse says to her that she feels suspicious. Dai asks her to clean the room. Rakesh inquires Gurinder about Parminder and Chandrika. Gurinder asks him why he is worried about his daughter-in-law. Rakesh thinks that she isn’t aware of Chandrika’s brilliance. Chandrika comes there. Rakesh asks her where she has gone? Parminder says to him that she saw a suspicious place in the basement. A separate hospital is going on there. She thinks something is suspicious here. She asks Rakesh to shift Parineet to another hospital. Meanwhile, Sanju asks Mahesh to show him the DNA report. Doesn’t he remember the results? He says that he takes many DNA tests daily, so he doesn’t remember it. He asks him what is going on in his life? Sanju says that he is thinking someone changed the DNA report. Mahesh recalls the way Neeti asked him to change the report. Sanju is about to check the report that he saw Neeti who fainted there.
He admits her to the hospital. Dai took Parineet from there. Sanju fails to notice her. He finds the bracelet on the floor and returns it to Dai. Sanju inquires the doctor about Neeti. She asks him to wait outside. She will call him after they have dressed her wounds. Sanju thinks what Neeti is doing here alone? How did she get wounded? If she came here for Parineet’s check up. He recalls that he returned the bracelet to Dai. He thinks that Parineet has a same bracelet. He gets confused. He tries to contact Parineet and Monty but no one is attending his call. Parminder decided to shift Parineet to another hospital. Rakesh tries to stop her. He says that she is under observation. She is in mood swings. She considers everyone as her enemy. The doctor says that they shouldn’t take her mood swings so easily. Parminder says that he misunderstood something.
Sanju calls Parminder and inquires her about Parineet. She informs him that she isn’t attending his call because she was admitted to the hospital. Sanju asks her where she is admitted? She tells him that she is in a city hospital. He tells her that he is also there. Rakesh thinks that his plan will be a flop if he comes here. He will definitely not allow him to stop his plan. Dai takes Parineet to the basement. Rakesh gets a message from Dai that half of the work is over. Sanju comes there. Rakesh thinks that Parineet is not in her room. He has to stop him there, then her abortion will take place successfully. Sanju asks Rakesh what he is doing here? Rakesh says that he wants to ask him this. Rakesh creates a scene. He says that he admitted his partner to this hospital. He doesn’t like him caring about Parineet.
Rakesh asks him if Sanju accepts that he loves Neeti. Sanju asks him to stop blabbering. Rakesh starts badmouthing his relationship with Parineet. He loves Parineet. Sanju asks him to stop blabbering. Parineet risked her life to save Neeti. She made many sacrifices for her family. He is not able to understand it all. He doesn’t want to waste his time with him. He asks Chandrika to take him to Parineet’s room. He asks her what happened to her? She says to him that Parineet had pain in her abdomen. Sanju scolds them for not informing him about it all. Parineet was in pain but they didn’t inform him anything. Rakesh’s mom says that her son is there to take care of her. He is able to take good care of her. She says that Parineet is alright.
Parineet is carrying her heir. Sanju gets frustrated when she mentions his baby as her heir. She assures him that she won’t allow anything bad to happen to that baby. Jai says to Rakesh that his mom won’t leave them if something happens to that baby. Rakesh says that there is nothing to worry about. She reached the basement. Meanwhile, the nurse hides Parineet’s things and arranges the room neatly. Sanju says that Parineet isn’t there. The nurse asks them who Parineet is? She doesn’t know who she is? Everyone was shocked to hear it. Parminder says to Sanju, let’s ask at the reception. They may change rooms. The nurse sends a message to Dai to alert her.

Precap; The compounder will alert Dai that she shouldn’t treat Parineet like that it’s a danger to her life. Sanju will inform Parminder that he found the same bracelet from the hospital which she gifted to Parineet. Neeti will hear the nurse’s conversation about Parineet’s abortion. Dai will try to do Parineet’s abortion.
