The episode starts with Rishita worrying about Natasha. Chikku hugs Sweta in fear. Meanwhile, Dhara performs last rites for Malti while recalling the way she insulted her. She risked her life to save her. Gowtham waits for Dhara. Dhara breaks into tears seeing Malti’s body burning in the fire. Dhara shares her grief with her mom. She says that she left her alone in her childhood. She struggled a lot without her. She returned to her but again left her alone. She wanted to talk with her a lot. She crushed her dreams. She apologized to her for hurting her. She asks her to be with her forever. She never said to her how much she liked her. She says” I love you mom to her. Dhara breaks into tears. Gowtham gets emotional seeing her state. Dhara feels dizzy. Gowtham holds her on time.
She breaks into tears. Gowtham hugs her and consoles her. She shares her grief with him. She says that she failed to understand her love for her. Arushi snatched her mom from her. She cried for her. She fainted there. Gowtham gets agitated seeing her state. Meanwhile, the doctor is checking Natasha. Natasha gained consciousness. She asks Chikku why she fainted there? Nothing happened to him? Mittu says that she has only one kidney. That is why she fainted there. She is weak. Chikku asks him not to blabber. Natasha says that he is saying the right thing. Rishita rushes behind the doctor and inquires him about Natasha’s health. The doctor informed her that she had fainted due to weakness. She has only one kidney. They have to take care of her hereafter. They might follow a diet chart for her. Rishita and Sweta assure her that they will follow the diet chart. Rishita says that Dhara gave one kidney to her. What about her health?
The doctor says to them that he wants to check her first. They might follow the same chart for her too. Raavi says to everyone that they shouldn’t allow Dhara to work until she recovers thoroughly. Rishita assures her that they will take good care of her. Meanwhile, Gowtham brings Dhara there. He informed everyone that she had fainted. The doctor checks Dhara and gives treatment to her. Chikku stares at her from far. Raavi says that she risked her life to save the kids. She praises Dhara. She says that Dhara got her mom recently but she lost her again. Meanwhile, Dhara recalls her mom’s death. Malti caresses her head. Dhara hugs her in happiness. Malti asks her to forgive Arushi. Dhara says to her that she will forgive her but she has to stay with her. Malti leaves from there. Dhara asks her not to leave. Malti disappears from there. Gowtham comes there and prevents Dhara from falling down. Arushi cries, hugging Malti’s photo. She thinks that no one is there for her.
Meanwhile, Chikku prays for Natasha’s health. He asks the god to cure her. He doesn’t have a mother, he has only Natasha with her. Meanwhile, Dhara comes there and is surprised to see him dressed up. He ignores her. Dhara prays for them.
