Episode begins with Rana asks Dilpreet to name the hospital as Rana. Dilpreet agrees. He says that he will change the name of the hospital if Rana won’t leave the house then. Rana tells him that he know the latter is doing all this for Maan. And he would have agreed if Dilpreet said he also would have reacted like him. But Dilpreet still trust Maan won’t do anything wrong. He says that Dilpreet has to leave the house no matter what and leaves from there.
Riya asks her parents that if they are leaving without her. Nimrit tells her that after few days everyone has to leave the house, so later Riya can come to Delhi. Amrita asks Maan to stop Rana. But Maan remains silent. Rana and Nimrit leaves the house. Sanjot cries. Dilpreet notices this. He recalls that how he promised to Sanjot that he won’t let this family break. He apologizes to Sanjot for failing to protect her family. She blames her upbringing. She says that she was proud her sons won’t get separated but her sons proved her wrong. And says Rana left the house and Maan is ready to leave the house if he has money then.
Later, Dilpreet recalls that how Rana refused to change his decision and how Maan filed a case against Rana. He also recalls that how Sanjot said Maan is ready to leave if he has money then. He goes to his farm. After some time, Dilpreet tells Maan that he brought food for him. He gives the soil of their farm to him. Maan asks him that what can he do with it. Dilpreet says that he decided to sell the farm. And Maan can restart his life in America. He asks him to withdraw the case and if possible apologize to Rana. Maan tells him that the latter can’t sell the farm.
Dilpreet says that he will live in a hope that one day her sons will get reunited. Maan asks him that if the latter is angry at him. He refuses to accept the money. Dilpreet tells him that no use of farm now. Maan tells him that the latter is sending him again. He says that he won’t go and he won’t apologize to Rana because he did nothing wrong. Dilpreet asks him to apologize for his sake. Maan agrees.
Dilpreet calls Rana and informs him that Maan agreed to withdraw the case so Rana should return. Nimrit takes the phone from Rana and tells Dilpreet that they won’t return. Dilpreet calls Rana again and asks him to return atleast for Sanjot’s sake. He tells Sanjot that Rana is returning and Maan agreed to withdraw the case. Sanjot goes to thank God. Amrita, Riya and Veer praises Dilpreet. Rana and Nimrit returns.
