The episode starts with Mandira insulting Shakti and asks Shakti if Shakti would stoop to any low to pursue her dreams. Mandira questions Shakti’s character. Shakti seeing this comments on Mandira. Shakti says to Mandira that Mandira doesn’t like to see a mirror. Mandira asks Shakti what is she talking about? Shakti says to Mandira that she doesn’t have the guts to face the truth and reminds Mandira of how she was disturbed whenever Shakti made her face the truth. Mandira stays silent.
Keertan says to Koyal that she came here. Koyal thinks Keertan is talking about Rimjim and asks Keertan to forget about her. Koyal also shows Rimjim’s photo. Keertan sees Rimjim and says this is not her. Keertan sees Shakti with Rimjim and shows Shakti to Koyal. Keertan asks Koyal to find out Shakti’s address. Koyal agrees and finds out Shakti’s home address. Keertan decides to go to Shakti’s home.
Shakti comments on Keertan. Mandira gets furious and warns Shakti that she only leaves destruction when Mandira thinks of someone as her enemy. Shakti says to Mandira that she will never be able to scare Lord Shiv’s devotees. Mandira comments on Shakti.
Keertan comes to Shakti’s neighborhood and searches for her house. Rimjim sees Keertan and waves at him. Keertan also waves back.
Dharam sees Keertan waving at Rimjim. Dharam recalls Manorama’s words and decides to beat the crap out of him. Dharam asks Keertan who is he? Keertan thinks Dharam might be Shakti’s brother and says he came here to meet her sister. Dharam recalls Manorama’s words and goes after him to beat him up. Keertan runs away from Dharam.
Koyal stops Dharam from hitting Keertan and slaps Dharam. Koyal says to Dharam of their status and says they are lucky as her brother loves his sister. Koyal warns Dharam to stay away from Keertan. Keertan apologises to Dharam and asks Dharam to give these flowers to his sister. Rimjim takes the flowers from Dharam and slaps him. Rimjim admonishes Dharam’s behaviour and leaves from there. The people comment on Dharam as he got slapped by a girl.
Mandira says to Shakti that she will not allow her to be a doctor. Shakti says to Mandira that she is not a God and says if she is talented and God wants her to become a doctor then she will become a doctor. Shiv gives his recommendation at the hospital reception and says this girl is a very good candidate to be a doctor.
Mandira comments on Shakti saying she became a beggar to pursue her dreams as she is begging everyone to sign on her application. Shakti stays silent hearing this.
Dharam asks Dura Singh why did he call him here? Dura Singh admonishes Dharam’s behaviour as he got hit by a girl. Dura Singh expels Dharam from his wrestling gym. Dharam begs Dura Singh not to do that. Dura Singh puts forth a condition that he needs to make the girl who hit him apologise to him. Dharam agrees.
Mandira mocks Shakti and says to Shakti that she will never allow Shakti to be a doctor.
