Episode begins with Faltu asking help from a auto guy as a guy has felt unconsciously. Auto guy says I won’t help as nowadays thieves use various ways. Faltu stops him and doesn’t let him go. So finally the driver agrees. Faltu makes Neel sit in the auto and Faltu thinks what is going in god knows. Neel mumbles something and Faltu realises that Neel is awake. Neel then again gets unconscious. Faltu thinks god what to do? I am so confused. Auto guy says Neel is drunk and he is saying things in a drunk state. Faltu asks the auto guy to hurry up.
Tanisha and Sid bring food for Ayaan. Ayaan says I am not hungry. Sid says you will fall ill like this. Sid checks Ayaan and he has fever. Tanisha worries and then realises she needs to control. Sid says please eat a bit. Sid feeds Ayaan. Ayaan asks Sid about a business meeting. Sid says I will update you about it. Ayaan says no need, I know you will take the right call, I am so sorry for not being able to help you. Sid says don’t worry, take rest but just move on, I can’t see you like this, you forget to live when it comes to Faltu, you are important for us all so just take care of yourself. Tanisha says Sid is right, you should not waste your time thinking of Faltu, as it is Charan has arranged for Divorce papers as soon as Faltu returns. Ayaan is shocked and gets up. Sid says you also said about divorce. Tanisha says Ayaan said it out of anger but Charan shouldn’t have said this, I think they all are happy with Faltu being with Ruhan. Ayaan says I also don’t care, I will give divorce. Tanisha smirks.
Faltu brings Neel to hospital. Doctor asks Faltu about Neel. Faltu says I found Neel lying in the road. Doctor asks Faltu not to leave as there is a proper protocol in such cases and police will come too. Faltu worries. Doctor says I am sorry it is the normal procedure. Doctor goes to check on Neel. Nurse says Neel vomitted with blood in it so she sent it as a sample. Doctor comes to Faltu again and says we have not found wallet and his phone is locked. Faltu says the area from where I got him he was in a party so surely he is from a big family so I don’t think you should worry about the money and you should start with the treatment. Faltu says if you want you can take my gold bangles as security. Doctor says but you said you don’t know him. Faltu says yes but I can’t leave someone to die. The doctor says there is no need for the bangle we will start the basic procedure and the police are also on the way.
Here, Ayaan says I have no problem in giving divorce, it’s for the best. Ayaan asks them to give him some space. They leave. Sid and Tanisha are in the hallway and Sid says seeing Ayaan like this I don’t feel like going to the conference. Tanisha says don’t worry I am here to check on him, you go. Tanisha says I can give my life for Ayaan too, as I have done friendship with him. Sid feels weird but doesn’t react. Tanisha thinks my happy days will start tomorrow when I can get close to Ayaan.
Here, police behaves rudely with Faltu and asks her how she knows Neel. Faltu says I don’t know him, I got him lying on the road, because of such attitudes from police, no one us ready to help an unknown needy person. Police say I am sorry, that area is full of parties so we strictly interrogate people. Faltu says I don’t know him at all. Nurse comes and says Neel’s dada ji called and he wants to talk to Faltu. Faltu takes the call. Here, Tanisha dreams of getting intimate with Ayaan and wakes up from the dream and smiles. Tanisha is alone so she decides to go and check on Ayaan. Tanisha goes into Ayaan’s room and watches him sleep. Here, Dada ji gets to know the whole party story and says we will be there soon, thank you so much for getting him to the hospital. Dada ji talks to the doctor and says how they own a big known business so money won’t be an issue so they should start the procedure right away. Faltu thinks Neel is so rude but dada ji is nice. Call ends. Nurse comes and informs about more blood vomitted by Neel so they hurry.

Precap – Neel takes Faltu with him to his house. Savita and Tanisha motivate Ayaan to sign the divorce papers so he signs it.
