Imlie 18th July 2023 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode starts with
Imlie calling Monty. She scolds him for lying to the house owner that her husband stays in different city. He says if he said the truth then she wouldn’t have got the house. He can’t do this to her who helped her brother Dhairya. Imlie tries to fix the watch and thinks she needs a job desperately otherwise he won’t be able to bear the expenses. She fails to fix the watch and then goes to sleep. Arto notices her from the window. He says she is not losing hope even in this situation but he won’t trouble her more by appearing in front of her. He will help her without her knowledge.
He fixes the watch and then fills the fridge with vegetables. He imagines that he and Imlie are romancing. He leaves and next day Imlie asks Kairi to open the door hearing doorbell. Two society ladies come to them and Imlie asks them if they filled vegetables in the fridge. Kairi reveals Arto came last night and brought all that. In flashback she meets him and Arto says he is just helping her mother to fight the situation in better way. Flashback ends. Ladies start questioning Imlie why she lied that her husband stays in different city.
They complaints against her near the association that she doesn’t deserve to stay here. Imlie says if a single mother stays safe in a house with her daughter then why it’s wrong for them. They even call her characterless and she says she is trying to survive alone then they should not talk rubbish about her. Sharma ji comes there and he takes stand for single mothers that they are strong enough to look after their family. He allows her to stay without judging. He also shuts the ladies up as they all have problems in their houses too. So they should not point fingers at Imlie.
He leers at Imlie and touches her hand inappropriately when she thanks him. Imlie scolds Arto by calling him that she doesn’t need his help. People doubt single mothers if men meet them at odd hours. He should not complicate things for her. Later Kairi refuses to take vitamin tablets and Imlie feels sad thinking she doesn’t know how Kairi takes it. She then makes her drink a liquid and recalls how she prepared it so that Kairi takes the vitamin. Imlie tells Kairi to go to a place but the latter expects Arto and Chini will also be there. Imlie tries to tell her that that they won’t be present there.
Precap- Kairi tells Arto that she wants her father to complete her family. Everyone is participating in a programme with their fathers in the society. Imlie says she will fill Arto’s gap in Kairi’s life but Kairi says she can never do that as Arto is her father only.
