The episode starts with Samrat getting extreme headache and he asks Raj Vaidya to do something else he will die. Raj Vaidya says he doesn’t have the knowledge to treat this. Only Dhruv knew about it but he is dead. He suggests Samrat to seek help from Tara as she got trained by Dhruv. She and Dhruv both don’t hold grudges for their patients. She will fulfil her duty by treating him. Samrat goes to talk to her and Raj Vaidya smirks. Samrat bumps into Tara and pleads her to save him as she won’t refuse to treat him just because he wronged her. Tara agrees and there Uday Bhan tells Saraswati that Samrat shamelessly insulted all the rituals. He didn’t expect it from him.
Tara takes Samrat to a different place and his voice gets echoed outside due to that everyone hears his confession. Samrat says he has a lump like Mahaveer had. He is having terrible headache. In flashback Dhruv asks Mahaveer to mix medicine in Samrat’s bath water so that he gets headache. In empty stomach it affects someone more. Mahaveer says what if Samar dies. Dhruv says that will not happen and he explains how Samrat’s voice will be echoed with the special effects of the mirrors. Tara and Mahaveer like the idea. Flashback ends. Tara says she doesn’t believe Samrat has tumor. He is fooling her like how he fooled Uday Bhan saying she touched him while treating him. Samrat says he is not lying and he also confesses that he lied to King to marry her. His only aim is to get the throne. Tara says she is ready to treat him and she adds he really has tumor symptoms. Tara makes Samrat confess all his crimes one by one. He says Mahaveer tried to kill him by giving him toxic herbs just how he did the same with him. Tara asks Samrat how dare he try to kill Mahaveer! Uday Bhan gets shocked hearing that and he asks soldiers to cage Raj Vaidya for helping Samrat to kill Mahaveer. Tara further threatens Samrat to reveal the entire truth else she will not treat him. Samrat says how he tried to kill Dhruv and Mahaveer several times. Dhruv died because of him. Saraswati gets happy that he is exposed finally.
Samrat pleads before Tara that he doesn’t want to die. He wants to live and she should treat him by bringing the herbs from Navrang Van. Samrat hears Dhruv’s laugh and gets afraid. Tara says he is just hallucinating as Dhruv is no more. Everyone hears Dhruv is laughing and the latter comes in front of all.
Precap- Samrat attacks Dhruv and says he will fill Tara’s head with blood and Uday Bhan slaps him. He says Samrat has no right to wear the prestigious pagdi. He gets caught by the soldiers.
