The episode starts with Alia asking Nehmat and Ekam to promise to be with her. Tigger asks them to promise before Alia gets angry again. Alia asks them to make pinky promise and Nehmat does so. Rab ke kel song plays in the BG. Alia says that Nehmat should get punished. Ekam agrees and says that before that they should have ice cream. Alia and Tigger become overjoyed.
Alia, Tigger, Ekam and Nehmat have ice cream standing outside their house. Alia’s friend arrives. On seeing Ekam and Nehmat, she asks Alia if they are mom and dad, to which Alia replies yes. Nehmat and Ekam are shocked at hearing this. Alia goes to play with her. Later, Alia sees Renuka packing Harleen’s clothes to donate. Alia stops Renuka and says that Harleen will return, so she shouldn’t donate them.
Just then, Ekam and Nehmat also arrive there. Renuka says to Alia that Harleen won’t come. But Alia is certain that her mom will return. Ekam and Nehmat try to convince her, but fail. Alia cries and is adamant about seeing Harleen. Nehmat leaves. Ekam hugs a crying Alia and comforts her. Ekam says to Alia to put Harleen’s clothes back in their place.
Nehmat is in call with Ruhi. The latter advises Nehmat to tell Alia the truth so that she can accept the truth and doesn’t face any difficulty in the future. She assures Nehmat that her love can help Alia to overcome this. Nehmat goes to Ekam. She takes Ekam aside. Nehmat asks Ekam how long he will lie to Alia. Ekam asks if he should tell her the truth. Nehmat says yes. She says that she called her friend who is a counselor and she suggested telling Alia the truth to avoid any problems in the future.
Alia fights with Renuka, asking her to put back Harleen’s clothes. Nehmat notifies this to Ekam and says that Alia’s behavior can worsen if they don’t tell her the truth now. But Ekam disagrees with Nehmat. He gets a call from his work. He warns Renuka and Nehmat not to tell the truth to Alia and leaves after meeting Alia. Later, Nehmat gets ready to leave and asks Tigger to inform Alia this. Tigger goes to tell this to Alia.
Nehmat asks Renuka if she remembers what she told her. Renuka nods yes. Nehmat says that it’s important that Alia learns the truth. Just then, Alia arrives and reminds Nehmat of her promise to never leave her. Nehmat admits that she made her a promise, but she also told a lie to her. She takes Alia with her to tell her a story.
Nehmat convinces Alia to put all Harleen’s belongings in a bag. Nehmat says to Alia that her parents became stars in the sky and watch her from there. Alia asks if her mom has also become a star. Nehmat nods yes. Alia cries. Nehmat comforts Alia and says that she buried her parents’belongings when they became stars. Alia also agrees to do so. Alia puts Harleen’s belongings in a pit, crying. Alia asks if mom will not return. Nehmat says no but she will see her from the sky and will send her a lot of blessings. Meanwhile, Harleen, who is in a coma, is shown.
Alia writes a letter to Harleen, crying. Nehmat ties that letter with a bunch of balloons and let it fly. Nehmat hugs a crying Alia. Renuka says to Cherry that Nehmat was right about doing this so that Alia could move on in her life. Cherry hopes that Ekam also thinks so. Elsewhere, a lady asks the doctor if Harleen will get saved as she has been unconscious for a month. The doctor says that it’s hard to save her if she doesn’t gain consciousness. The doctor asks the lady where she found her. The lady says that she found her on the riverside and did whatever she could do.
Ekam is furious to know that Nehmat told Alia the truth. He goes to confront Nehmat. Nehmat looks at a sleeping Alia. She then takes the photo frame of Alia with Harleen and Ekam. She apologizes to Harleen for telling Alia the truth for her betterment. Just then, Ekam arrives and says that Nehmat doesn’t deserve to be forgiven. He asks Nehmat not to touch Harleen’s things.
