Episode begins with Palki asks Srishti that if the latter will drink tea. Srishti says that Palki is so sweet. On the other hand, Shaurya asks Nidhi that why she looks stressed. Nidhi tells him that Karan is angry at her because Kavya is upset.She informs him that she saw Karan talking to the lawyer. In the police station, Rajveer recalls that how Srishti told him to not go to Mumbai. He says that he is missing Srishti so much. He thinks that Preeta must be in pain because of him. He regrets for going to Luthra house. He asks God to do some magic and send Srishti to Mumbai.
In the hospital, Nurse tells Doctor that Preeta lost lot of blood and it’s head injury. Doctor treats Preeta. Preeta murmurs Rajveer’s name. Rajveer tells Constable that he want to make a call. Constable tells him that Police inspector said Rajveer can’t call anyone. Rajveer pleads him saying that he want to call his mother. Constable tells him that he will get permission from Police inspector.
Srishti calls Preeta and learns about Preeta’s accident. She leaves with Mohit for city hospital. Doctor tells Nurse that Preeta thinking about someone even though Preeta is unconscious. She asks her to take care of Preeta.
Constable tells Rajveer that the latter can make a call. Rajveer calls Srishti. Srishti assumes that Rajveer is with Preeta and she asks him about Preeta. He apologizes to her for not listening her. He tells her that he joined Luthra industries to take revenge on Karan but they accused him so he is in the police station now. She realises that Rajveer don’t know about Preeta and decides to not tell him about Preeta. She informs him that she is in Mumbai and he need not to take stress.
Shaurya asks Kavya that why she is supporting Rajveer. He says that he don’t like it when his family goes against him. He asks her to stop her emotional drama. He orders her to tell Karan to not help Rajveer. Kavya tells him that he can’t force her for anything. He scolds her. Karan comes there and scolds Shaurya for disrespecting Kavya.
Shaurya says sorry to Kavya on Karan’s behest. He tells Karan to not help Rajveer and leaves from there. Kavya tells Karan that Shaurya misunderstood that the latter is helping Rajveer. Karan tells her that he need time to think and he agrees that he talked to the lawyer and leaves from there. Kavya says that no one understands her and if Preeta was there then she would have understand her. She recalls that how Rajveer saved her. She feels bad that she is not able to help Rajveer.
Srishti reaches the hospital and cries seeing Preeta in that state. She misunderstands that Luthras know Rajveer identity. She asks Preeta to not worry about Rajveer. Doctor tells her that Preeta won’t regain her consciousness before 3 hours and if they disturbed Preeta then her brain may react wrongly.
