The episode starts with Hrithik assuring Radhika that he will handle this issue. Radhika says that Priyal already dislikes her and wanted to fire her and Hrithik gave her a reason for that. Hrithik assures Radhika to convince Priyal. Radhika says that Priyal won’t get convinced. Hrithik says that he will get Radhika a job in another ID company using his contacts and, moreover, she’s just a trainee, so it’s not tough. Radhika refuses to work for any other company, since it’s her dream job. She says that this company and this job matter for her, so she refuses to leave it. She says that she wants to confirm her job and make her own identity here. She refuses to let go the chance Priyal gave her to prove that she is extraordinary.
Hrithik asks Radhika not to become too emotional about a job. Radhika says that she’s like that only and asks what the problem is. She asks if her opinion doesn’t matter. Hrithik denies it. Radhika asks if Hrithik can switch his job to any other company. Hrithik stays silent. Radhika asks Hrithik to think from her point of view. She reminds Hrithik of his own words about equality in relationships and asks what’s wrong if she expects the same thing that he expects. Hrithik says that her expectations are wrong. Radhika says that it will be wrong if she leaves her dream job for which she worked hard and for which she left her family to marry Hrithik, whom she has known only for a month.
Hrithik states that Radhika is just a trainee while he is a senior employee. Radhika says that Hrithik didn’t tell him about it despite knowing everything as he thought that she would leave the job. Hrithik says that it’s all rubbish. Radhika firmly refuses to leave her job under any circumstances and leaves. At Jhaasi, Lucky questions Jairam about getting Lavi and Milli married secretly. He asks Jairam if he told Gomti about it. Jairam says that it was his decision and those who don’t accept it can leave the job.
Radhika’s colleague asks Radhika if she has decided what to do. He says that Radhika really talented and can easily find another job. Radhika refuses to leave this job. She says that she will solve the problem before it gets bigger. She says that she will break up her engagement to avoid breaking up with her dreams.
Meanwhile, Abhishek tells Vrinda and Kittu that he got the job for which he applied. Vrinda and Kittu become happy for Abhishek and congratulate him. Abhishek says that he has two join in two weeks and the job location is in Delhi, so he has to shift there. Vrinda gies to inform this to Abhishek’s dad. Kittu asks Abhishek what about Radhika. Abhishek says that she got engaged, so end of the talk.
Suman and Gomti make a video call to Radhe. Before Radhe and Lucky tell the about Lavu and Milli’s secret marriage. They see Milli with vermillion in her forehead and are shocked. Radhika returns home. She sees Abhishek. Abhishek and Radhika don’t tell each other about the decision they made for their career. They look at each before walking away in the opposite direction. A sad song plays in the BG.
Radhika goes to the flat and finds Gomti crying. She asks Gomti and Suman what happened. Sree says that Lavi got married secretly without waiting for Gomti and Suman which shocks Radhika. Radhika asks why Lavi didn’t wait for Suman and Gomti’s return. Suman says that she doesn’t know. Gomti blames Jairam. Suman says that Jairam didn’t tell the family about it and did it alone. Gomti laments crying.
Radhika comforts Gomti and motivates her. She says that she’s not alone and they’re with her. Gomti asks Radhika to always remember her family before taking any decision. Radhika recalls her decision of breaking up with Hrithik. Suman asks Radhika why she became sad suddenly. Radhika says nothing. Abhishek comes across the girls in the steps. He finds them worried and asks if there’s any problem. Preeti says that Radhika’s cousin got married secretly. Abhishek asks how Radhika is. Sree says that she’s sad and feels pity for her. Abhishek peeps into the flat searching for Radhika. Sree asks Abhishek if he feels to support her and be with her in her difficult time. She asks Abhishek to confess his love to Radhika.

Radhika says to her friends that she wants to break up with Hrithik and doesn’t know how to make her family understand this which shocks the girl except Sree who is happy.
