Episode begins with Rana and Maan hugs each other in the hall. Dollar tells Sanjot that her sons had been reunited. Sanjot tells Rana that hospital name won’t get changed. She asks him to follow Maan’s order because Maan is elder. Rana asks her that why he should listen Maan. Sanjot tells their sons that she is their mother and she know them very well so they can’t fool her by their acting. Dilpreet comes there. She asks Dilpreet that why he came out when he need to take rest. She takes him inside. Amrita says that she never saw Sanjot like this. Riya tells her that even she never saw Sanjot like this. Sanjot leaves for gurudwara for peace.
Maan tells Rana that the latter should not have opposed Sanjot. Rana tells him that they are facing problems from the time the latter returned to India. Maan tells him that he won’t leave India, because he has to fulfill Dilpreet’s dream and he know Rana is not capable to fulfill Dilpreet’s dream. Rana challenges Maan and Maan accepts the challenge.
Amrita, Riya, Dollar and Veer decides that they have to do something to help Dilpreet and Sanjot. Amrita tells Aastha to help Sanjot. Aastha asks her that what she can do. Amrita tells her that the latter can start clinic because Dilpreet gave permission and place to the latter. She says that she won’t lose the chance to support her grandparents and she expects the same support from the latter. Aastha nods at her.
Sanjot asks God to show a path to earn money. She learns that the person who was supposed to make prasad did not come. She gets a chance to make prasad. Meanwhile, Maan works in the farm. He says that his blood is connected with farmer only so he can do this. He thinks that he has to save Dilpreet’s honour and haveli.
Dr. Batra gives license to Rana and Dilpreet. And he asks them to be careful from now on. Dilpreet tells Rana to change the name board. Rana tells him that he will change the name board after running the hospital successfully. He says that he has to get the money from builder too. Dilpreet notices that Rana is so confident about his success.
Dollar tells Nimrit that Aastha is going to open the clinic and Maan’s family will impress Dilpreet. He asks her to give her salary to Dilpreet. Nimrit tells him that she left her job. He asks her that how she is going to contribute in the rent money. Amrita tells Aastha that basic set up is ready. Nimrit sees this. Sanjot finish making prasad. She gets another order. Nimrit calls her sister and decides to earn money by opening parlor.
