The episode starts with Daljeet pulling Ranbir aside. Ranbir hugs Daljeet and asks Daljeet how is she? Daljeet says she is fine. Daljeet says she is here to do shopping. Ranbir says he is also here to do shopping. Daljeet asks Ranbir if he is staying here why couldn’t he come home for once and says everybody is missing him. Daljeet asks Ranbir to come to the house once and says Pallavi is really missing him and is going mad. Ranbir says to Daljeet not to speak like that and says he can’t come home and reminds Daljeet of his situation. Daljeet slaps Ranbir. Daljeet later apologises to Ranbir. Ranbir says to Daljeet that it isn’t her fault and says he deserves this. Ranbir says to Daljeet that if he came home they will be sad seeing his condition. Ranbir asks Daljeet not to ask him to meet Pallavi. Daljeet says to Ranbir that Pallavi is in the mall and shows Pallavi to Ranbir. Ranbir later asks Daljeet not to say to Pallavi that Ranbir is here. Daljeet says to Ranbir how Pallavi was thinking she was hallucinating seeing him. Ranbir sees everyone running around being scared. Ranbir thinks something might have happened and asks Daljeet to leave with Pallavi from here. Ranbir says he will send Pallavi here. Ranbir hides his face and says to Pallavi that Daljeet has a sprain in her ankle and asks Pallavi to go to Daljeet. Daljeet takes Pallavi away from there.
Abhay and Divya think there is a fire in the mall that’s why everyone is running around scared. Abhay and Divya hear gun shot wounds. The thieves ask the crowd to stay where they are? One of the thieves holds Divya at gunpoint. Ranbir comes and knocks the thief to the ground and sends Divya away. Akshay takes Prachi away from there. The thieves point their guns to Ranbir.
Akshay pushes away a person and goes into the trail room along with Prachi and Abhay. Prachi asks Akshay what is he doing? Akshay asks Prachi to shut up.
Mihika and Divya come to the CCTV room. Mihika thinks if someone goes and cleans the fog off the CCTV cameras they might be able to see what is going on from here. Divya and Mihika look at their phone signals to call the police but they don’t find any signal. Mihika and Divya think they have to go out to get signal and call the police.
Pallavi says to Daljeet how much she is missing Ranbir. Daljeet seeing Pallavi’s miserable state says to Pallavi that it was Ranbir who talked to her before. Pallavi hearing this goes back to the mall worrying about Ranbir.
The thieves shoot their guns into the air and asks everyone to sit down where they are. One of the hostages tries to call the police but the thieves see this and behave rudely with her. Ranbir asks the thieves to not behave rudely with a lady. The main thief takes off his mask and says to all the hostages that he came for steal money. The main thief says they came to rob the jewelry store that is upstairs and asks everyone to cooperate with him if not he will kill them. A salesowoman tries to call the police. The main thief seeing this says to all the hostages that they can check their phones. The main thief praises himself and says he put signal jammers and came here. The main thief says nobody can come inside or go outside. The main thief says to the hostages that until the manager comes here and helps them they will be here.
Abhay tries to calm down Akshay. Prachi tries to leave the trail room saying Ranbir is outside and they have to save him. Akshay says she will not go anywhere. Prachi realises she slipped her tongue and says to Akshay that Ranbir and Divya are outside and they have to save them. Prachi pushes Akshay away and leaves the trail room. Some people enter the trail room to hide from the thieves.
