The episode starts with Pratiksha slapping Kinjal for asking her how it affects her if Ravi lives or dies since she doesn’t love him and when he is Kavya’s. Pratiksha says that she doesn’t even know what Ravu means to her. Pratiksha says that she feels like no one else has ever loved her so much like Ravi does and she feels incomplete without her. She becomes overwhelmed and cries. Kinjal says to Pratiksha that she knows all of this but asks her if Ravi is aware of all this. Pratiksha remains silent so Kinjal says that she has always hurt him despite him telling her hundred times in hundred ways that he loves her so much. Kinjal asks her to let Ravi know about her feelings and not hurt him anymore.
Mandip cries and says that Ravi was so happy and they never let him even have a scratch but now he is fighting for his life. She accused Pratiksha for all of this. She says to Kavya that she was informed that Pratiksha was kidnapped but then how did he get kidnapped. The doctor comes out of the OT and is shot with a thousand questions by the Randhawas. The doctor asks them to stop panicking. He says that Ravi’s condition is critical but he will try his best.
Pratiksha says to Kinjal that she could confess to Ravi about her feelings but what if Ravi hurts her feelings? Kinjal says to her that no matter what Ravi says to her, she must confess her feelings and let love do the rest. Pratiksha says to Kinjal that the kidnapper’s were about to shoot Pratiksha but Ravi came in front and got shot himself. She blamed herself for Ravi’s condition. Kinjal asks her how one can love someone so much and so deeply. She says to Pratiksha that if Ravi doesn’t survive then she would have remorse for the rest of her life for not being able to confess to him. Kinjal convinces Pratiksha to go to Ravi and confess her feelings immediately so Pratiksha stands outside the OT and watches Ravi being operated with a heavy heart and tears rolling down her face.
Viper arrives in the hospital and looks for Ravi and his family to finish Ravi. Kinjal sees Pratiksha standing outside the OT and speaking to Ravi on her own. Kinjal feels sorry for her sister and goes to bring some water for her. Pratiksha apologises to Ravi from outside and cries. Ravi’s vitals fluctuate. Kavya sees Viper and his aide in the hospital and slaps Viper. She holds her collar and asks how he dared to even touch Ravi. Viper tells her that she would give him double the amount of money that she had given to Viper for killing Pratiksha but she must tell him where Ravi’s ICU is. Viper tells Kavya how Ravi risked his life to save Pratiksha and how much he loves Pratiksha. Kavya shouts at Viper while Mandip arrives.
The doctor comes out so Pratiksha asks him if she can meet Ravi for a little while. He tells Pratiksha that his condition is critical so if he doesn’t regain consciousness within the next 6 hours, he might even die. He asks Pratiksha to stay outside the OT looking at Ravi’s condition. Pratiksha is shocked to hear about Ravi’s poor condition.
