The episode starts with Shiv questioning the nurse who locked Shakti in the research room. Shiv gets a call from Shakti. Shiv hears Shakti calling for help. Shiv hearing this rushes to Shakti.
Shakti asks for help from the crowd. Keertan’s goons decide to dip Shakti in the water tank to teach her a lesson.
Dharam says to Brijkishore that he will go and find Shakti. Manorama stops Dharam and says she will go and find Shakti. Manorama leaves from there.
Keertan’s Goons pick up Shakti and throw her into the water tank. Keertan Goons harass Shakti by drowning her in the water. Keertan thinks to himself that Shakti will know how big of a hero Keertan is once he saves Shakti from these Goons. Keertan thinks it’s time for the hero entry but he sees Shiv.
Shiv rushes towards Shakti. Shiv sees Shakti being dipped in the water forcefully. Shiv recalls his past. Keertan calls his Goons and asks his Goons to break Shiv’s limbs and offers double the money for it. Shakti sees Shiv and calls for help. One of Keertan’s Goons hits Shiv on the back of his head with a stick. Shiv worries for Shakti.
Raghunath says to Bhagwati that Shakti is going to ruin Shiv’s life. Raghunath tries to convince Bhagwati that Shiv has changed a lot and says he is not good enough to handle this hospital. Raghunath says to Bhagwati that they need to take power from Shiv and they need to remove him as the trustee. Bhagwati denies Raghunath’s request and reminds him that Shiv built that hospital with his hard work and says just because of a small mistake she will not take this decision. Bhagwati says to Raghunath that no one will go against Shiv’s decision in this house and says Shiv will not be removed as trustee.
Padma reminds Mandira of what Bhagwati said to Raghunath. Mandira says to Padma that her game has just started and says Bhagwati herself will come and plead with Mandira to take over this hospital.
Shakti asks Shiv to wake up. The goon tries to go towards Shakti. Shiv wakes up and starts beating up Keertan’s goons.
Shiv later helps Shakti get out of the tank and asks Shakti if she is fine. Shakti asks Shiv if he is fine. Shiv says yes. One of Keertan’s goons tries to sneak attack Shiv. Shakti shouts at Shiv. Shiv defends himself and beats the crap out of Keertan’s Goons. Shakti thinks Shiv is looking like Mahadev in his Rudra avatar.
One of the Goons comes and asks Keertan that according to Keertan they just needed to tease Shakti and he would come and save Shakti but now this guy came is beating up all of them. The Goon asks Keertan to stop Shiv if not they will go and tell Shiv and Shakti that he is behind all this planning. The Goon takes Keertan’s photo and threatens Keertan. Keertan seeing this stops the Goon.
Mandira says to Padma that she already started a chain reaction and says a bomb is going to blow up soon. Mandira says sorry to Shiv as she is going to take Shiv’s position in the hospital. Padma asks Mandira not to celebrate too early as her left eye is twitching. Padma says to Mandira that Keertan might be in trouble.
Keertan calls Mandira and tells Mandira what happened. Mandira comments on Keertan about his choice on women. Keertan asks Mandira to help him saying the Goon has taken his picture and if this gets out he will be in trouble. Mandira asks Keertan not to worry and says she will take care of everything. Mandira calls Minister Pandey and reminds him that his enemy is Shiv not her as he stopped her daughter from getting a medical seat. Mandira says to Minister Pandey what he has to do.
