Episode begins with Vedika tells Nityam that he did wrong. Nityam tells her that she can’t understand how he is feeling now. He says that the culprit is someone from family. She asks him to not say like this again. He tells her that even she saw CCTV footages are missing from Himesh’s laptop. He says that she still did not say he is innocent. She tells him that it’s not like that. He tells her that she is not looking into his eyes. She tells him that he misunderstood her. He says that he build this Dalmia industries with his hardwork. And says he never involved in any corruption. She tells him that she trust him completely and leaves from there.
Raksham says that everything would be over before Nityam finds out the real culprit. Sonam thinks that now she feel like she choosed the right man for her. He thanks board of directors for coming on short notice. She praises Raksham in his mind.
Nityam tells Saavi that he is not understanding why this is all happening with him. Saavi tells him that if they don’t have anything to lose then no one can snatch anything from them so it’s not a bad thing to lose. And says he is Nityam Dalmia and he can do anything and she trust him. Girdhar tells them that Raksham is fighting with few people.
Raksham scolds board of director. Himesh tells Raksham to leave that man. Nityam asks Raksham that what happened and what board of directors are doing there at this time. Board of director says that their company is in danger zone. Nityam tells them that he won’t let anything happen to Dalmia industries. Board of director tells him that Nityam is face of the company and because of him their reputation is over. And their company account had been freezed so how can they give salary to employees. Raksham tells them that Nityam will save the company. Himesh asks them to trust Nityam.
Nityam tells them that they can tell what is good for company and he will cooperate with them. Board of director tells Nityam to resign from CEO post. Nityam tells Raksham that he is sure culprit is present there. Saavi says that she want to say something. She adds that Nityam won’t resign from his CEO post. She tells them that Nityam is face of Dalmia industries and if someone is trying to ruin his image then it’s their responsibility to protect it.
Devraj says that Saavi is right and they have to find the culprit who trapped Nityam in money laundering. Board of director asks that who will find that culprit. Saavi says that Raksham will find it. Raksham sends board of directors from there. Vedika asks Nityam to not make any decision in anger. Nityam tells her that he is frustated because wrong happened with him. Saavi motivates him.
