Episode begins with Sonam tells Raksham that everything was going on according to their plan then why he acted like good person. Raksham tells her that he did not had any other choice. She says that Saavi ruined everything. She asks him to clean the mess which he created and leaves from there.
Saavi calls Nutan and tells her that board of directors asking Nityam to resign from CEO post and cries. Nutan asks her to not lose hope. Saavi tells her that she is feeling helpless. Nutan asks her to trust God and take care of Dalmias. Saavi tells her that she is feeling good after talking to her. Nutan asks her to take care of herself too and disconnects the call.
Ananya refuses to eat. Brijesh scolds Ananya. Ratna says that Ananya is not wrong. Nutan tells Ratna to teach our reality to Ananya. Ratna tells Brijesh that it’s not Ananya’s mistake that her parents can’t give good studies to her. Ananya asks Nutan that why the latter is talking about reality now when the latter motivated Sonam and Saavi to dream big. She says that she just want to study in good college and goes inside. Brijesh tells Nutan that Ratna’s greediness affecting Ananya too. He says that Ananya made him feel, he is useless father and cries. Nutan tries to console him.
Few goons attacks security guards of Dalmia house. Saavi sees them. Nityam comes out of the house. Vedika comes there and asks him to drop her at temple. They get in the car. Goons comes out of their hiding place and breaks the car. Nityam beat them up. Saavi sees this and she tells about it to Raksham. Raksham tells Sonam to call the police and goes out. Raksham gets hit on his head while saving Nityam.
In the hospital, police inspector asks Dalmias that if they suspect anyone. Doctor tells Dalmias that he gave treatment and Raksham will be fine in few days. Vedika gets worried. Sonam blames Nityam for Raksham’s condition. She says that those goons came to attack Nityam. Saavi tells her that she can understand her but it’s not the time to blame other person. Vedika enters the room ( Maa meri song plays in the background ).
Saavi tells Nityam that it’s a preplanned attack because goons know when Nityam will leave the house. Himesh says that he think investors are behind this. Saavi says that she feel like they want Nityam to resign. Sonam tells Nityam that today they tried to attack Vedika and tomorrow she or Saavi could be their target. She says that Nityam cares about his position than others life.

Precap – Raksham asks Nityam to not resign. He says that he will protect Nityam. Vedika tells them that she want her sons. Nityam decides to give power of attorney to Raksham.
