Episode begins with Nityam is about to get in Raksham’s car. But Raksham stops him and tells him to reach the office with Himesh. Sonam comes out of the house with files. She asks Nityam to open the door for her. Nityam opens the door for her and he gets in Himesh’s car. Sonam tells Raksham that Nityam looked sad. Raksham tells her that this is just a beginning. Nityam reaches the office and looks at company board. Raksham asks him that why the latter is looking at company board. He says that still this company belongs to Nityam and once Nityam proves his innocence everything will become normal.
On the other hand, Saavi meets Razak and informs him about attack. Razak asks her that if she suspect anyone. She says that she don’t know which family member is behind this attack. She tells him that she can’t see Nityam sad so she will do what she wants to do.
Raksham asks Nityam to be comfortable because this company is still the latter’s company. Nityam looks at his chair. Raksham thinks that after today Nityam can’t sit in his chair. Nityam announces that he is resigning from CEO post and Raksham will have signing authority in his absence. One of the board of director says that it’s a good decision. Another board of director asks Nityam to think once again. Himesh asks Nityam to think once again and they may find a solution after discussion. Nityam tells them that this is his final statement. Kiran gives resignation papers to Nityam.
Meanwhile, Saavi watches the CCTV footage. Police inspector tells her that everyone is wearing masks so it’s not easy to recognize them. She asks him to find out the tattoo guy. He tells her that he need time. She tells him that they don’t have time. She says that it’s a preplanned attack and leaves from there.
Nityam signs on the papers. He tells Raksham that everything belongs to the latter now. He asks him to take care of the responsibility. Police inspector calls Sonam and tells her everything. Sonam tells everything to Raksham. Raksham tells Nityam that this chair and company belongs to the latter still. And says he is going to manage the company on behalf of Nityam until Nityam proves his innocence. He hugs Nityam. Nityam thanks Raksham. Raksham tells him that everything will become fine. Saavi comes there and hears this.
After some time, Vedika asks Saavi that why the latter went to police station when so much was happening in their house already. Saavi says that she just went to find out the culprit. Sonam tells her that it’s not looking good that Dalmia is doing drama in the police station. Raksham asks Saavi to think calmly because her doing will give news to media reporters. He tells her to spend time with Nityam because police commissioner is handling this case personally. Saavi thinks that she has to find out the truth and she need evidence to prove her claims.
