The episode starts with Parineet asking Chandrika where she had reached? Rakesh hears their conversation and alerts Shera to catch Chandrika. Rakesh breaks Parineet’s mobile. Parineet pushes him away and runs from there. Meanwhile, Singh tries to justify Rakesh’s side. Parminder asks them if they allow someone to force their daughter to marry? Rakesh’s parents create a scene there and accuse Sanju there. He asks Shera to give his statement. He is shocked to see that Shera is missing. Singh asks Neeti what she saw in the video. Neeti says that this case is not about murder or kidnapping. It’s a self-defence case. He tried to save Parineet and pushed Rakesh. He died accidentally. It was not an intentional one. Singh says that she is saying that Sanju is guilty. Neeti says that she didn’t say that. She talks in favour of Sanju. Sanju asks her to calm down. Parineet pushes Rakesh away. He chases her behind. The judge ordered the police to send the media out of court.
The judge gives a stern warning to everyone to keep quiet or else he will send everyone out. Tao ji asks Parminder to calm down. She shouldn’t give up her hope. She is giving support to them. Parminder says that Sanju is struggling here. Sharma says to the judge that he wants to inquire about Alavat. He grants his wish. Sharma says to Alavat that he is an MLA. He asks him if Sanju has any intention of killing Rakesh? Parineet noticed that she had no way to escape from there. Rakesh smirks at her. Rakesh says that he planned to escape from here after Sanju got punished. He thought about leading a new life. But his love for Parineet is alive seeing the way Parineet tries to save Sanju. He wants to give her a chance to marry him. Parineet says that she has already made him clear that she hates him. Rakesh says that he doesn’t care about it all. There is no way to escape from him.
Parineet says that they were behind the court. He was trapped there. He didn’t block her here. She took him here to prove Sanju’s innocence. Rakesh says that she can’t escape from him. She sprays peeper spray on his face. She beats him from behind. He faints there. Chandrika says that she got her message but her reply is not delivered. Parineet says that Rakesh broke her phone. She says that they have to reach the court asap. Shera is searching for them. Later, Alavat says to the judge that Sanju hates Rakesh a lot. He doesn’t like him getting married to Rakesh. Rakesh tries to save Parineet from Sanju and takes her far from them. Sanju followed them behind. He frames Sanju as the culprit. Parineet didn’t attack Rakesh in that video because Rakesh loved her. He wants to make her happy. Alavat says that Sanju killed him to take revenge on him. He cries in front of the judge to get his sympathy. He creates a story against Sanju there.
Singh asks the judge for permission to inquire about Sanju. He grants permission. He asks Sanju if he has noticed a blood stain on Rakesh? Sanju says that his concentration was on Parineet at that moment. She was pregnant. He was worried about Parineet and the baby. He didn’t notice whether he was hurt or not. Singh says that Sanju cares for Parineet. Rakesh loves Parineet a lot. He tried to make Sanju far from Parineet. But he beat Rakesh’s goons and escaped from there. Singh portrays Sanju as a culprit. Sanju might be punished for killing Rakesh. The judge says that all the evidence is against Sanju. It proves that Sanju killed Rakesh. Everyone is shocked to hear the judgement. Parineet comes there and asks him to wait.
