The episode starts with Angad thinking Manveer’s every decision is becoming wrong for Simran. Sahiba says Manveer might really want to save Simran and says she saw repentance in Manveer’s eyes. Angad calls Pam and asks Pam to all his staff to come to the city hospital and do a test for a liver transplant. Sahiba recalls the doctor’s words.
The doctor says only 2 hrs are left for Simran to be alive and says if Simran doesn’t get liver within 2 hrs then she might die. Inder calls Angad and says to Angad about it. Angad reaches the hospital along with Sahiba. Inder begs Angad to do something and save Simran. Sahiba hallucinates Simran calling for help and roams around the hospital. Sahiba decides to save Simran no matter what.
Angad makes a request on social media saying his sister Simran is in dire need of a liver transplant and asks if anyone’s blood is O+ or B+ then he asks them to come to the city hospital to donate their liver. Angad hopes that somehow Simran will get the liver.
Sahiba comes into the operating room and says to the doctor that she is ready to be a donor. The doctor comes to Brar’s and says Sahiba came forward to be Simran donor and says they already warned Sahiba that she might be at risk but she still agreed to it.
Angad comes to Sahiba and tries to convince Sahiba to give up the idea of liver transplant but Sahiba doesn’t listen to anyone and says the doctor already warned that she might die if she lost a lot of blood in the operation but this is the only way to save Simran. Sahiba says only she will be responsible for whatever happens to her in this operation. Angad admonishes Sahiba’s behaviour. Kirat says their parents want to talk to her. Sahiba says she will not change her decision. Angad requests everyone to leave saying he wants to talk to Sahiba. Everyone leaves them.
Angad tries to convince Sahiba to give up the idea of donating her liver to Simran saying she also might be in danger but Sahiba says to Angad that they have a lifetime for them to argue and says after this operation they can argue how much he wants and asks Angad not to stop her. Sahiba says if anything happens to her he will take care of Simran. Angad asks Sahiba not to talk like that. Sahiba reminds Angad he gave to her. Sahiba makes a promise to Angad saying nothing will happen to her. Angad allows Sahiba to have this operation after Sahiba making that promise.
Inder thanks Sahiba for coming forwards to donate her liver to Simran. Sahiba says to Angad that she wants his Blessings. Inder agrees and blesses her. Sahiba goes into the operation theatre.

Precap – It is shown the monitor shows a flat line while the doctor is doing the operation on Sahiba and Simran. Angad shouts Sahiba’s name seeing the flat line. Angad asks the doctor if there is a way to save Sahiba. The doctor says Sahiba went into a coma and says nobody can tell when she will wake up. Angad begs Sahiba to wake up and says he will love Simran just like an elder brother like she wants and will adopt Simran. Angad also says he also wants to tell her how he feels and asks Sahiba to wake up. A tear drop of Angad falls on Sahiba. Sahiba regains consciousness. Angad gets emotional seeing this. Sahiba later loses consciousness. The monitor shows a flat line. Angad feels devastated.
