Maitree 20th August 2023 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode starts with Jhumki complaining to Harsh against Maitree. Harsh goes to Maitree in anger. Jhumki smirks. Family members come there and support Jhumki in their hypnotization state. Harsh asks Maitree to leave the house. Maitree is about to leave in tears. Nandini stops Maitree.
Nandini says it’s her mistake to trust Maitree and it’s good to oust Maitree from the house. Nandini asks Maitree to give her last goodbye handshake. Maitree gives her handshake. Nandini sneakily passes Rudraksha to Maitree. Maitree understands Nandini’s intentions and tries to put Rudraksha on Harsh’s forehead without Jhumki’s knowledge but fails. Maitree leaves.
In the room, Jhumki decides to kill Maitree. She leaves from the house in her snake form. Maitree thinks Nageshwar Baba will show her the way. She starts to go to his place. On the way 3 snakes surround Maitree. Maitree feels scared and prays to Mahadev to save her. She runs from there but stops seeing the big pit. Jhumki tells Maitree that she needs to die. Jhumki bites Maitree. Maitree falls into a big pit. Harsh wakes up shouting Maitree’s name. Jhumki smiles seeing Maitree’s state and says no one can save Maitree.
Jhumki buries Maitree with the mud with a crane. Later Jhumki returns home and notices Harsh in tension. Jhumki asks Harsh what happened. Harsh says he feels something is not right. They hear the calling bell sound and come out.
Nandini opens the door. She sees Dinesh in tears and asks him what happened. Dinesh reveals to everyone that Maitree is dead and they find her body in a big pit. Nandini cries holding Maitree’s saree and says it can’t be true. Dinesh collapses on the floor and says it’s the truth. He asks Harsh to do Maitree’s last rites. Harsh refuses. Jhumki thinks no one can ever find that she was behind Maitree’s death. Dinesh leaves. Everyone goes to their room. Jhumki tells Nandini that she can attend the last rites of Maitree. She advises Nandini to not fight with her as Maitree is dead. Nandini leaves.
Jhumki burns Maitree’s belongings. She thinks a new story will start. Later Nandini returns home with Maitree’s cremains. Jhumki reveals to Nandini that she killed Maitree and asks Nandini to support her if she wants to live.
Episode ends.
