The episode starts with Shakti trying to call Rimjim but Rimjim doesn’t attend the call. Manorama asks Shakti to stop calling Rimjim and help her. Brijkishore comes and says to Manorama that the Kashyap family sent him an invitation as there is Pooja and Party in their house and they want him to do the Pooja. Manorama doesn’t agree for Brijkishore going to Kashyap Sadan. Brijkishore reminds that if he doesn’t go to do Pooja then Kashyap’s family might be angry then he might lose their job. Manorama hearing this allows Brijkishore to go to Kashyap Sadan. Shakti recalls Shiv’s behaviour and thinks Shiv is depressed and she decides to find out what is this party about?
Manorama sees Brijkishore has left his Abhishek Patra in the house. Shakti says to Manorama that she will go and give Abhisek Patra to Brijkishore as without this Abhaishek Patra Brij Kishore wouldn’t be able to do Pooja. Manorama agrees. Shakti leaves from there.
Brij Kishore asks Kashyap’s family on what reason are they doing Pooja so that he can say the Sankalp for the Pooja on that matter. Mandira says to Brij Kishore that they are doing Pooja for the hospital.
Shakti comes to Kashyap Sadan. Nandu stops Shakti from going inside the Kashyap Sadan and tries to send Shakti away. Shakti tries to find out what is going on from Nandu but Nandu doesn’t say anything. Mandira says to Brij Kishore that today’s Pooja is about the hospital and says from today onwards Keertan is going to sit in the Pooja instead of Shiv as Keertan is going to be Main trustee and Managing director of the hospital from today onwards. Shakti gets shocked to hear this. Nandu says to Shakti that this is why Shiv wanted to hide the truth from her. Nandu says to Shakti that today at 7:30 pm Shiv is going to resign from his post of Managing director and Main trustee and hand over his position to Keertan.
Nandu says to Shakti what happened at the board meeting. It is shown at the board meeting the board of directors ask Shiv to resign from his position as main trustee and managing director and give his position to Keertan Kashyap as because of his deeds the hospital lost its reputation. Shiv and Raghunath after arguing with the board of directors for a while. Shiv agrees to the board of directors proposal for the hospital. Nandu says to Shakti that Shiv might have protected her and her family honour but he lost everything that he has for it. Nandu says to Shakti what that hospital means to Shiv and says today Shiv is going to lose everything when he resigns from his post.
Shakti thinks she has to do something to save Shiv. Mandira comes and says to Shakti that she will not be able to do anything. Mandira taunts Shakti saying because of her Shiv lost everything. Mandira also says to Shakti that she won’t be able to prove anything as she already deleted that footage. Mandira says Shiv is going to lose everything once he resigns from his post at 7:30 pm.
