The episode starts with Rani advising Surili to stop being so good and see the true colours of others. Surili says that today it’s proved again that a mother in law is another mother . She says that she can see the concern for her in her eyes. Rani says that she disliked her at start and even now their thoughts are different. However she says that she made a place for herself in their lives. She adds that for a Rani they should stop thinking from the heart and start thinking from the mind. Surili assures that her heart knows that whatever she’s doing is true from her heart. Later Rani and Shiv sit to dine. Roshni tries taking Surili’s place but Rani stops her saying that the place belongs to Surili. Roshni thinks in her mind that she would make sure to take the place somehow. Surili comes there and greets everyone. Mohit is still upset and Roshni keeps signalling Shiv to comfort him. Rani notices it. Shiv leaves to pamper Mohit when Surili is about to serve him. Rani notices her disappointment . Lekha and Raghav comes there and demands partition as Surili raised hand against Lekha. They say that they have no respect as no one said a word against her. Rani and Shiv tries making him understand that Lekha is at fault but Raghav refuses to listen.
Rani supports Surili and lashes out at Raghav for not pointing out Swatilekha’s mistakes. Shiv tries explaining Raghav as elder brother but Raghav shuts him. Swatilekha insults Surili by calling her roadside cafe owner. Shiv tries warning Swatilekha to not badmouth Surili who’s the eldest daughter in law of the house. Raghav asks what will he do if she speaks against her and asks if he would raise hand on his wife too. Shiv tries explaining but Raghav also insults Surili. Shiv raises his hand and Surili pleads with him to stop. She promises to sort it out between her and Lekha. She says Lekha that she always considered her like her younger sister Sasha and so tried to correct her. Lekha warns her to not compare her with her sister who’s husband is a druggie. She reminds her that the palace doesn’t solely belongs to her and they have equal rights in it. Sameer enjoys their fight.
Surili agrees with her point and says that the way she tried to stop her is wrong . She says but it’s right that she stopped her. She asks what she could do to make her feel better. Lekha demands her to join hands and apologize. Shiv tries to stop her but Surili says it’s ok and does as she said. Lekha leaves with attitude. Shiv also asks Raghav to stop with the partition works but Raghav doesn’t budge and leaves. Roshni again tries feeding Mohit. Mohit says that he’s not his father as he’s just the father of the upcoming baby of Surili. He asks how could they be his parents when he’s about to be the father of Surili’s child and leaves. Roshni goes after him. Rani says that the words of the child are too strong to ignore while Surili asks what could be done as it’s the situation that’s to be blamed. Rani says she could see herself in her though the situations are different. She says she is trying hard to be strong but is breaking inside.
