The episode starts with Neeti lashing out at Parineet. She complained that she betrayed her. She asks her not to talk. She will talk today. Parineet’s truth came out. She has changed. She changed Neeti too. She stoops low because of her. She wants to become a saint as a surrogate mother of her baby. She doesn’t need this baby at all. She will end this baby. Parineet says that she shouldn’t do anything to this baby. Neeti says to her that she planned along with Rakesh to kill this baby in the hospital underground. She arranged her wedding with Rakesh. Even after she does this, she can’t be happy. She doesn’t have a stone heart like hers. She says to her that she tried a lot to kill her but Sanju saved her from everything. Today she had to but Sanju saved her and ended up in the hospital. Because of her, Sanju is in this hospital. Parminder searches for Neeti. Parineet feels dizzy when hearing it. Neeti says to Parineet that she made a mistake by being a friend of hers. She tells her that she isn’t her friend anymore. She cuts all her ties with her. Parineet says that she is her friend. She faints there.
Neeti gets a panic and shouts for help. Parminder notices them. She asks the staff to bring a wheelchair. Neeti informs the receptionist and takes Parineet from there. Chandrika notices Bebe is lost in her thoughts. Bebe thinks that Neeti is missing. Something is fishy, it seems. Chandrika asks her what happened to her. Bebe creates a scene and blames her as the reason for everything. She says that she will teach her a lesson after Sanju gets well. Chandrika notices the doctor and nurse rushing up to the ICU. Monty notices Shilpa and Shambu there. He follows them behind. They pushed Monty and ran from there. Parminder asks the doctor what happened to Parineet. He tells her that her condition is critical. We have to take the test to find what happened to her. Neeti informs the doctor that someone abducted her from the ICU. They injected medicine into her. She was locked inside the sound-proof room. They released a chemical gas there. They want to kill her and the baby there. The doctor was shocked to hear it. He asks her how she knew it. Neeti says that she is saying the truth. She asks him to start the treatment asap.
Parminder asks her who informed her about it? Neeti asks her, it’s better to ask Parineet once she open her eyes. Gurinder asks her what is going on here? She tells her that it’s time to make a decision. She will take it in front of Sanju. Bebe asks Neeti what she has done? She shouldn’t have revealed the truth to him. She was about to die. They planned well to kill her. She lashes out at Neeti for ruining their plan. Neeti says that Parineet’s luck saved her from it all. She shouldn’t blame her for it. She asks her to wait. A storm is going to come into their lives. Bebe asks Neeti what she is saying? Neeti asks her to leave her alone. She informs her that Parineet has learnt the truth. She revealed the truth to her. She spilled the beans to her. Bebe asks her to explain it. Neeti says that she revealed to her that she hates her baby. She tried to kill her along with Rakesh. She planned to kill her today too. She escaped from it. Bebe says that she didn’t do the right thing. Neeti asks her what else she would do then? She was behind her Sanju. She saw her paying money to Shilpa and Shambu. The family supports her. Neeti assures her that she won’t leave her. Sanju tells her that she heard everything.
Monty searched for Shambu and Shilpa. They hide from his sight. He threatens to call the police. Shambu attacks him from behind. Monty faints there. Meanwhile, Neeti says to Sanju that it’s good he heard everything.

Precap; Neeti says to Chandrika that she is going to see what will happen to her Parineet. Sanju asks Parineet if he wants to say anything. Neeti demands Parineet abort her baby. Parineet says that she will do anything for her baby. Neeti says that she doesn’t need this baby, so she leave from here. Parineet says that if she wants to end her friendship, then it’s her wish. .
